Authentic and fresh. Chatted up the people working there for a bit and they all seem like good folks. They’re clearly passionate about their food and service. Everything was top notch. They’ve got both langua and tripa, which are rarer offerings in the GR Mexican food scene.

Pretty good tacos for a very decent price. 3 tacos with rice and bean for $10. Fiancé got two tripe tacos and a torta. I didn’t want beans on mine so I got extra rice. Very filling! And they have a little food bar to get your own sauce and simple toppings.

Very young, rude and unprofessional staff!.. I waited 30+ minutes for an order while the front of the house staff just laughed and giggled..talk about feeling UNCOMFORTABLE! ..Not only did they make me feel uncomfortable they had food sitting out with flies on it and the back door wide open a cook (red shirt in the 1st picture) came in from the back door and went straight to making food…no hand washing NOTHING then had the nerve to smile at me after giving me the order…don’t nobody want a fly taco

I rated Ponchos a 4 just because of the amazing customer service we got from the owner. The space is really fresh and inviting. Well done. The major complaint and room for improvement is the food. The flavors are there. Really tasty. The portions, or more accurately, the proportions, need work. I had 3-4 satisfying bites of my burrito, but the rest was a double folded mouthful of tortilla. The guacamole was over beaten as well. Excellent flavors, just some room to improve.

Usually this place is good. But when you order online, they don’t get your order right and leave out what you wanted. Also, they gave us rotting lettuce and cut our quesadilla’s so all the meat fell out of the tortilla. I won’t be ordering here ever again.

Fantastic authentic tacos. This place is for sure top 3 in tacos in all of GR and a super hidden gem in Wyoming. All the tacos are amazing and their 3 taco, rice and beans deal is the best! They were super friendly and speak English or Spanish, also I ordered and within 7 minutes I was walking out with a dozen tacos. I will be here multiple times a month since I live so close. Do yourself a favor and eat here.

Honestly surprised this place doesn’t have a 5 star rating. I’ve only eaten inside the restaurant one time and the food and service was amazing. We normally use doordash to get our food and even after waiting for the delivery, the food is always hot and delicious. I craved this place the entire time I was pregnant and now my son and I eat it together. And he loves it just as much as I do! Keep up the good work guys!
