The best Asian food on the mountain! All the food is very fresh and of highest quality. Large portions And good value. Servings could easily feed two. Excellent variety as well. Many dishes include meat or vegetarian. Friendly service always!

We are locals so have tried this place twice. There are only two sushi places in Big Bear so not a lot of choices. We left the Fuji Restaurant down the street after waiting for more than 30 minutes just to have someone come out to take our order and then to be told to pick something else. (Another story…) We walked in, they took our order within seconds of us arriving and the food was served within 10 minutes and it was great. Yes, I think it is a little over priced but we are not living down the hill where you have a selection of dozens of sushi places within a few miles.

The best food ever. From sushi to the best Asian cuisine you can’t go wrong. The staff is incredibly friendly and always happy to help. Absolutely my favorite restaurant in Big Bear

For being the only real sushi joint in town its not bad but the portions were very small considering we paid like 15 bucks per plate. Service was ok. Not bad food overall but portions should be addressed.

Wife and I got the chicken pad Thai and the beef chow mein. It was ok. At best. Fried rice was not up to par. Only positive was price to portion.

Lived in Big Bear for 12 years. Pongs was my favorite restaurant. Sadly, Pong passed away recently and I doubt her restaurant will ever reopen without her. Such a loss of her wonderful food and a sweet lady.

Decent food but far from authentic Chinese or Japanese. A good meal with large portions but if your looking for real asian food this is not the place to go

Sake was good – when we could get it. Sashimi was VERY limited, & very frozen. No edamame or himachi, either. Our water came in vases? (see pic)
