We were there for a party. Food was delicious, and service was excellent. We will definitely come back to try other items on the menu.

We had a wonderful dinner here. I had the shrimp fra diavolo with linguine & my wife had the whole lobster , also fra diavolo with linguine. Both dishes were outstanding & so big we took some home. We also had delicious appetizers, tuna tartare & fried soft shell crabs. With drinks the total came to $200+. Service was excellent throughout the dinner.

Very tasty food here at Ponte Vecchio. The sea bass, the shrimp and the squid appetizer were all well done. Service is friendly and fast. Shout out to Mo, a very friendly waiter. Nice place for family functions or business dinners.

Always a good time when you’re eating in Brooklyn. Lite Saturday early dinner late lunch. Spot on as always. Not shown was the dessert should be outlawed hot pecan pie with vanilla ice cream. Ming

Nestled in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, is Ponte Vecchio, an old-school Italian spot that was recommended to us by friends. Intrigued, my girlfriend and I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite meet our expectations.

Overall, great Italian cuisine in a respectively competitive area. The food was certainly of the quality for what you pay. I ordered the linguine Neri (squid ink pasta) with sweet Italian sausage and calamari. This was extremely flavorful, tender, and savory within each forkful. I’m happy to state that I left that place very satisfied!

Imagine giving ONE star to a restaurant you never ate it! But here we are. I had TWO reservations for Sunday as family was celebrating my birthday and I have wanted to eat here for quite awhile. We had family coming in later so we booked another table for later time. Thankfully my daughter called them On SUNDAY AFTER receiving confirmation emails prior and she wanted to ask if we can have two tables side by side as other party would be late, but before she can ask anything she was told that our 8:30 reservation wouldn’t work as kitchen closes EARLY on Sunday’s and reservations should be before 7pm. Meanwhile it states they close at 10. So if we didn’t call and just showed up like most people would, then we wouldn’t be serviced as kitchen would be closed? Maybe website should state this or maybe someone should follow up immediately when seeing reservations made on Sunday, not very professional or on top of things. So at end of day, we never got to eat at PV and had to scramble last minute to find a nice restaurant to accommodate our two parties. Thank you PV for ruining a birthday and my belief this would be great experience and food, smh.
