Ordered pizza and wings at 4:45 for a 6:30 delivery. Order did not arrive. Called at 6:45 was told order is on its way. Since we are only about a mile from Pontillos I thought ok. At 7 pm order still had not arrived. Called again and they said it was on its way again. When I questioned this due to our earlier conversation was given to the manager. Manager was rude and said it would get there in 20 minute due to weather conditions. They obviously lied to me in previous calls and then delivered cold pizza and wings at 7:15. Food was not good and I paid almost $80 for the order. Never again.

Went to pick up an order for a customer thru a food delivery app and upon arrival was told my order would be ready in six minutes. Ten minutes later the order was put in the oven. Every 1-2 min one of the boys working would open the oven to “check on the pizza” and then the second boy working would open the oven again right after the first one “checked” it. Pizzas cook faster when the pizza oven stays at temperature BY KEEPING THE DOOR CLOSED FOR MORE THAN 30 SECONDS AT A TIME. After waiting for another 7-8 minutes with the pizza still looking pale as a ghost every time these two employees opened the oven, I finally had to drop the order. I also arrived about 2 minutes after the pick up time figuring it would be ready but when I got there and was told 6 minutes i was OK with that since i know it can get busy…. But i definitely waited MUCH longer than the “estimated” 6 min I was originally told… I don’t mind waiting but I would prefer HONESTY about the actual status of the order and for the employees to perhaps start working on getting my order out quickly when they know i am there waiting for that particular order.

I ordered pontillos before, Webster, Batavia, Greece, all fine on the past. Ordered tonight from this one, they delivered to my apartment, never rang door bell, just left it outside, don’t know how long it was there, went out to grab something out of my truck, saw it on the landing outside. Brought it in, the pizza and wings were cold, and to make it worse, they never cut the pizza, it was whole. I don’t have a pizza wheel, had to use a knife to cut it. That was my first, and last time ordering from Brighton Pontillos.

Terrible, TERRIABLE pizza, Do NOT WASTE your money here!! I ordered a calaflower pizza at $18, tiny 8″, hardly any cheese-way WAY overpriced, and I gota medium pizza with additional toppings, VERY STINGY with the toppings, over $20, total was $43, THAT’S FORTY THREE DOLLARS, the 2 boxes were so lite, I didn’t even think that there were pizzas in them!!!! You work hard for your money, DON’T WASTE IT HERE!

I normally do not leave negative reviews as I hate to be that guy but after my most recent experience I am going to be that guy. I place an order online at around 5:20PM all it was was one medium pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni and cheese and 10 mild Buffalo wings. I received an email confirmation that my order will be ready at 5:46PM, now mind you I knew it was Super Bowl Sunday so I expected them to be busy so I added an extra 10 minutes to that time frame. I showed up right before 6:00 pm I go inside talk to the guy at the register tell him I’m doing a pick up for an online order, gave him my name he said it will be a few minutes. Cool no biggie I don’t mind waiting, at around 6:15pm he goes and asks myself and the rest of the customers waiting for our names again and what we are waiting for. I again confirm my name and what I am there to pick up he said shouldn’t be too much longer. At 6:30pm 45 minutes after they said my order will be ready and 30 minutes that I was waiting in the shop I ask him for an update. He comes back and ask me how did I place my order and I again told him online, he walks away goes to the back and says we must of somehow “missed” your order. Seriously? I waited almost 40 minutes in the shop for you to tell me you guys missed my order when I gave you my name and order multiple times and you said just a few more moments. Then they have the nerve to say we can start it right now or next time you order from us we will give you a discount. Yea ok no don’t start the order and I do not plan on ordering from this location ever again. I normally get my pizza and wings from Joes Brooklyn Pizza and they have never done me wrong but I decided today that I’ll order from Pontillos since it’s been a while let me support them. I made a bad decision and won’t be doing that again. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because it was Super Bowl Sunday so I am be generous and showing a little leniency.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is literally the worst experience i’ve ever had, i really wish i could give 0 stars. i called at 345pm to order a sheet pizza and 30 wings, no issues! everything was nice and we paid over the phone. I realized at 525pm that we still hadn’t gotten our food so i reached out, they said they tried to deliver but no one answered and they tried to call and no one answered, we double checked the phone number and address but they had both down incorrectly, i understood because accidents happen so they said they were keeping it warm and they’d have it right over. 6pm rolls around and we go to check the outside… they left it on the porch without letting us know of anything… we got the pizza and wings inside and the pizza was literally hard as a rock, cold, and dry. I just moved into this area and now i definitely know where NOT to order from. lesson learned.
