Delicious pizza with a thick, crispy yet chewy crust and chicken wings made to order. The service was fast and friendly, they always treated us like family with welcoming smiles. Food was ready on time, even though it was a last minute order on a Friday night. The facility was very clean, and easy in and out parking at a convenient location. Many Pontillo’s Pizza locations, but this one is my favorite. They even offered the Voodew Mountain Dew flavor. Many smiles for that.

It’s ridiculous how they can even serve food this burnt. This was a pickup order we placed online and paid for in store, when we seen how burnt everything was we called and complained, the manager said that they would remake everything and deliver it to us. Some time later we got a call back and they said that they could not deliver to us because our address was blacklisted. We have never ordered from here before today so how could we be blacklisted? They wouldn’t even give us a reason to why we were blacklisted. No refund or any other solution to the issue. Rude staff and horrible service!

On Tuesday night I ordered a medium pizza ,thin crust with pepperoni and sausage. Picked it up on time,got it home,very disappointed. The bottom was soggy ,the sauce was way to thick,and the pepperoni like rubber.

Called in ordered. Was told to pickup pizza and chicken in 30 minutes, showed up 32 minutes later to pick up my food. Mind you they are not busy at all. They are cleaning. Come to find out they either gave my chicken away or didn’t make it at all. I was asked to sit in the parking lot while they make my food. So please tell me why after showing up on time I am still sitting here 15 minutes later after being told it would be 4 minutes. With an “sorry for you wait” I am handed a pizza that has now been under a warmer for at least 20 minutes and fresh made chicken. Sometimes a half apology is better than no apology at all.

I had an unfortunate circumstance happen to my order (they dropped my calzone after it finished cooking) it was for pickup, they delivered it and threw in some garlic knots for free. Thank you! To be honest these calzones are almost worth eating off the floor, they are so good.
