Beautiful view outdoors and the market and staff were nice. Food was not so great my parents got the lobster roll and they didn’t like it, it was cold. I got the steamers and was not super impressed. Onion rings are incredibly thick and not super enjoyable. Prices were insane.

The food and service here was 100/10! The owner was so sweet and welcoming. Definitely come here for some good food instead of a chain restaurant if you want great quality and care. I would also recommend trying their clam chowder, it was amazing!

Pool Lobster is a market with amazing restaurant-quality food! In the past, I have ordered the same thing over and over: the Crab Cake Sandwich (which is delicious!). Decided to try another menu item this latest visit. Ordered the Grilled Salmon Salad with couscous and feta. It will be difficult to decide at my next visit whether to order the salad, the Crab Cake Sandwich, or something else on their menu. Haddock Tacos? Lazy Lobster? Steamers? It will be a very hard decision!

My family has been vacationing in Maine since 1978. It is always a pleasure to reconnect over the years with places that are close to our hearts. Biddeford Pool is no exception. Last night, and tonight, we enjoyed our meal at your restaurant. From the clam chowders, to the steamers (which I particularly like because there was a time when you could get the clams yourself – 1980), the excellent Crab Cake Sandwich and especially the blueberry pie. What a pleasure to be able to eat outside and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Thanks to our American friends. Once again, we had a very nice vacation. Louis.

Small general store with fresh seafood and takeout options. Seating available both inside and out. Outdoor seating has a beautiful view of the water! Fried foods, sandwiches, and salads are on the takeout menu. They have coffee, cold fountain drinks, bottled water and ice slushies for purchase. Gluten free options include a chicken sandwich (Rowie’s hicken Sandwich), Chilled Shrimp Gazpacho, and a Summer Power Salad. Gluten-buns are also available, and modifications can be made for dietary restrictions. Vegetarian and dairy free options are also available.

I have been here several times. It is my in-laws go to spot. The view is great, and it has hidden gem type of feel. They have seating inside and outside. It is really a store that also serves food. The food ranges from fried seafood to fried chicken (which is market price — I didn’t know chicken prices fluctuated), to salads. The view is hard to beat. Their is definitely better food to be had. Outside can be a problem with mosquitos. Overall, a nice place. There is parking in the back if you can’t find any out front or on the side.

Great food with a perfect location! This is such a cool little hidden gem and the outdoor dining has absolutely amazing views of the ocean. My haddock tacos and onion rings were fantastic. All this matched with a trip around the beautiful neighborhood makes for a perfect Maine summer day.
