On my first night, Wanted to grab something before they closed and thought 9:30 was a adequate time seeing as they close at 10 and the tall kid with the blonde hair said “ I hope you’re not ordering, we close the food down in ten minutes” . So i didn’t and never will.

Overall 1 star employer making YOU do the MOST for minimum and your employer doing the bare minimum and caring less. Employer uses her emotions too much and lets it control her actions and not caring it does. Literally yelled at an employee in the lobby infront of customers over the tea. Childish

Working across the street for a week at the Convention Center, and walking to my room to avoid parking issues. Most restaurants are the opposite direction so I thought I’d try them. Pretty good variety, and the food was very good. Try their chefs salad with smoked chicken, yum! Service was great,too.

Stayed here for a couple days on my way back from Florida and it was so gorgeous and had great service, a beautiful clean room, and they even have a cute little cafe attached called poolside cafe. Amy who works there was the sweetest, most helpful person when I was deciding what to order. She always had a smile on her face even bright and early when they were opening. We had a jacuzzi and fireplace in our giant room. I could have lived there it was so cozy and welcoming. We were close enough to walk to the strip to shop, gas stations for my diet cokes, indoor and outdoor pools, a lot quieter then where I stayed in Florida. We usually stay at another hotel but I’m so happy we found Sidney James and will be returning as much as possible 🙂

Sidney James is the only place that I stay in Gatlinburg. It’s pet friendly and clean and the people are very nice as long as you can follow their safety rules. They have military discounts. The Cafe has great food.

Closed – 3 signs outside saying open for breakfast lunch dinner. Went inside walked through hotel to restaurant and found it closed at 5pm on a Monday. Been nice to know in advance.
