We went during the evening for dinner after another place we tried closed early for no reason given. Glad we did. We had a couple ice cold beers and some great food! Apps were yummy also. To top it a off they had a decent 80’s cover band playing. The only reason for not getting 5 stars were the smokers gathered around the front door that we had to wade through to get in. Highly recommend this establishment.

Amazing place to eat for the whole family, until 9pm when it goes to 21 and older. If you’re looking for an amazing burger that bursts with flavor this is the place to go. Friendly staff, relaxed environment, and great food. It’s there really any place better?

New owners are AMAZING!! They have completely turned the place around. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Food choices definitely satisfy the taste buds. Beverages are oh so YUMMY!! Good People and Good Times at the new and improved POP-A-TOP SALOON!!

I never thought I would be here, but surprised to say that I actually enjoyed myself. They have great strong drinks, wait staff was fun and friendly. Very welcoming. The bar food was quite delicious. We used the jukebox which had a TON of music. Anything you could think of. I don’t know if the opportunity would ever come up for me to go but if it did I would have NO problem going!

My husband and I had gone to Peyton to buy a utility trailer,the couple was the nicest people you’d ever want to meet. So on our way home(Pueblo)we saw Pop A Top and decided to stop and eat. Best choice we ever made! Ordered hamburgers and french fries. They were cooked perfectly. The waitress was Riana and she was attentive,helpful and very friendly. I’m sorry to say I didn’t get the cooks name and I should have because he did a great job. I like my french fries real crispy and I send them back if they’re not. As you can guess,I sent them back. The cook brought them out himself and apologized. I told him it wasn’t his fault.The french fries were perfectly cooked,extra crispy. I have told everyone to stop and eat there if they get the chance. I highly recommend it!!!!

I love this place! Went in for the first time and stuck out like a sore thumb. The bartender made us feel welcome. Pretty soon we were chatting with the locals and having a great time. We can’t wait to go Thursday for half off drinks, all day and all night!

We ate lunch here it was good. There were very few people and two very adorable doggies. 4 stars instead of five only cause the pretzels we had all had very hard spots in them which may not be the cooks fault.

Great food, we’ve had burgers which are great and the brisket sandwich was the best ive had in a LONG time. The place could use a facelift as the only reason we tried it was because we found out its the same owner as roosters in calhan which we love. And doing live music on saturdays is awesome, ill get there for that one of these days.
