Finally stopped in after constantly passing by and saying, “I need to try that place.” I love this spot because it offers a type of food not otherwise found in Park Ridge and it’s a family-owned small business. I was told the family is Chilean and makes the fillings each day. Personally tried the spinach and cheese and caprese empanadas, purchasing 4 in total. The empanadas are deep fried, so the dough is very crispy. The filling is homemade and I found the spinach and cheese particularly yummy. Prices for empanadas ranged from about 4-6$ and I spent 20$ on four. The flavors are modernized and adjusted to local tastes (Buffalo chicken, pizza, etc). The woman at the register, Natalie, was really friendly and welcoming.

Excellent empanadas! The store front is trendy and modern and the food features both traditional and modern fusion flavors! We had to try several on the menu and they were ALL great. The portion size was just right where the filling was satisfying but the dough remained nice and crispy. Will be back and highly reccomend.

Haven’t tried the empanadas yet, but read the reviews about the Cuban Sandwich and just ate it with a smile on my face. It’s perfect. House smoked pork, great bread, melted cheese. 10/10. Will be back to try the other sandwiches and empanadas. Very nice staff. Thank you!

Stopped here on a roundabout trip from NYC to RI. Staff was incredibly kind and generous. We got three different empanadas and all three were delicious. Highly recommend. Yum yum yum.
