1½ hours for the wrong order. Called the driver back to get a soggy order missing the bulk of the order. The “butterfly” shrimp was tiny popcorn shrimp. 12 tenders missing, rice &beans missing. Chicken sandwich was supposed to be plain, slathered in mayo. Wrong sauces. The only thing they got right were the 6 biscuits. Never will I EVER order from popeyes again. GROSS!

So they consistently short you on your chickens. I order the 11 pieces and I was shorted 1. So I paid for 11 and only received 10 pieces. This is the 4th time this happened. I think they are doing it on purpose !!! The cashier gave me a weird look when handing me my food, ( like she knew, it was short, but couldn’t say anything). I don’t like to give negative feedbacks, but I feel some type of way.

Very slow, no air conditioning, sometimes you get a smile sometimes you don’t. You come out of this place smelling like you work there. I have definitely been at better Popeyes than this place. I just give them a three star because I do like Popeyes but this place definitely needs to get an air conditioner or at least an exhaust blower to remove all that smoke out.
