Hurry up and go to Popeyes on orchard! Don’t wait. They have a new item called chicken jerky. It is dried by professionals! Also they are so good you won’t get your side that it comes with. I ordered the 5 pc tender aka ( chicken jerky). My side was supposed to be max n cheese. Can’t review the Mac n cheese cause I didn’t receive that. I also ordered a 3pc Beignet. Ok let me begins in the tenders. They were so dry it did in fact taste like jerky. There we 2 of them were ok. The temperature was Luke warm. Yes I ate them right away. So who know how long they been sitting. The beignet were hot and fresh. Only good thing besides the bbq and Dr. Pepper. The biscuit was really dry as well. Sorry but this was a horrible experience by far.

Ordered online wasn’t ready. Manager said 8 more min. 1/2 later manager turned back on us didnt care we’re still waiting. Then said it’s a hard job and walked away. Still no food. But was paid online. They put ZERO biscuit in side bag but instead over 50 packets honey and assorted jelly This was obviously intentional as we complained it’s was now an hour standing there waiting. Then opened mashed potatoes a drop of gravy. $70 wasted as too far to get back from home. Will be calling corporate

I always look at reviews and I just wanted to try it so I didnt, total regret. Never again. 8 pc Chicken only over $2 a piece with 2 tiny wings. Total ripoff. They hide napkins you have to beg for them.

Went to this location on 4/29 @ approx 4pm. We had to repeat our order at least 3 times to the lady in the drive thru due to a language barrier. When she repeated the order back, she still did not fully comprehend what we requested. We pull around and my husband asked her to repeat the order, he corrected her and stated we asked for 3 pcs of chicken spicy and the rest mild. After all of that she tells us, “oh we don’t have any spicy chicken and if you want to wait it will be about 12 mins. First of all we repeated our order several times, and you were about to charge us for something you didn’t even have ready, which basically means we wld have gotten home & our order wld have been wtong. Also how do you not have chicken at 4pm! Its simple, when you see the chicken getting low, prepare more sk customers do not have to sit and wait 20 min for an order. Restaurants & customer service is at an all time low these days. No one offers a “courtesy coke” or ‘dessert” for inconveniencing you for waiting on food that should have been ready. ( fast food) I really need to cook more! Lol oh also after waiting on our order the only pieces that were “fresh” were the 3 spicy pieces…the rest of the chicken was black had clearly been sitting for awhile.. won’t be going back anytime soon. Over $30 wasted.

Only restaurant in the area with the dining room closed. Pure laziness from the management. 8 cars in drive thru and they are literally waiting for the car at the window to leave until they take the next order. I would be extremely disappointed if I owned this location. Staff is really giving Popeyes a bad name. I live 5 minutes from this location but I will drive to the Popeyes on 111th and route 59 from now on.

They keep hiring people that don’t know what they’re doing, and are so slow that everything gets backed up. Some of the people that used to be quick, are gone. Not sure why they keep hiring these people who look like they’re afraid to touch the food, and need someone to hold their hand.
