I was shocked at how small the portions were for the amount I spent. I got 2 tablespoons of coleslaw and 2 1/2 tablespoons of red beans and rice, which was not cooked all the way. Quite crunchy but it had good flavor.

Although there was a long wait and no mobile phone order in advance, the small seats in the restaurant were taken by people waiting for food. It was inconvenient to have no bathroom, but the food was really delicious and they were polite even when they were busy. I hope more staff can be hired to make the restaurant more orderly and clean. The location is easy to find behind the Walmart warehouse. You can only go in and order.

Spicy chicken sandwich is a go-to. And it was good. Ghost pepper wings weren’t really as hot as I was expecting. Tried their new strawberry biscuit. It was good,but it lacked the strawberry chunks like pictured.

So paid 30$ and they forgot part of my order so had to go back. Then when they gave it to me it was the wrong chicken, went back in a 3rd time and finally got it right. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the manager and workers were talking about getting off work. I do not recommend. Might be new to area but not worth the time or money.

The service is legitimately awful. I have Never left a negative review on an establishment nor ever felt a need to complain publicly. However, we waited at the drive through speaker for over seven minutes waiting to be told we could give our order. (Which happened to us last time we went to this Popeyes as well. So it’s an ongoing problem.)We spoke into the speaker a couple times as well to make sure they could tell we were there. After a while we figured it wasn’t working so we drove up to the first window Hoping to give our order there. After explaining the situation to one of the workers, he told us to pull back around because someone behind us had just ordered through the drive through. After we had already tried to do that. For over seven minutes. We were polite and drove around again. They took our order and then gave us our food.we didn’t end up checking it until we got home. We asked for two different sauces which we did not end up receiving. Honestly, the chicken isn’t really worth eating without sauce sorry. That along with the fact that the fries are chewy. Overall, not a good experience. They were rude before and after and obviously did not care.

If I could give zero stars I would! First, we go into the lobby at about 7:55 only for the girl at the register to tell us that she hopes our order was to go because the lobby was closing……at 8. With no signs saying that anywhere. Then as we were making the decision to just go to the drive-thru, we saw a male employee WIPING HIS NOSE ON HIS SHIRT! We all about gagged and said nope and went somewhere else, where we were seated quickly, got our food fast and had very nice employees, unlike at Popeye’s! Definitely will never be going to that location ever again!

Do NOT leave without checking your order. The food itself was great, but I can’t imagine the service being much worse than it was. If I could give zero stars for service, I would. On a $60 ticket, half of our groups order was missing, including entire meals. Zero sauces were put in our bag. One drink cup was missing. 2 sandwiches were ordered with no pickles, and included pickles. And when we tell the cashier, she acts like I’m bothering her and making her go out of her way, just to get us what we ordered. Once we finally got a missing meal, it wasn’t even the right type of chicken that we ordered, but we just took it and gave up. Several people behind us were also having to go back for missing food from their order. If it weren’t for interstate customers stopping through, this place would close very fast.

A new Popeyes opened up, and we went and visited. Gosh, the prices have sure gone up. But the food was good. They need to be more diligent about wiping tables and sweeping the floor. I cleaned off our tables, and I cleaned up and swept before we left well bc we have a 3yr old.

First time went thru the drive thru paid got to pick up window food was ready but cold like it had been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes waiting for someone to order this spicy chicken sandwich. Fries were cold and soggy.

It’s always something here. The first time I went, the lady running the drive through mocked me for saying thank you. 3/4 times I’ve been to this location we weren’t served biscuits with our combos. Second time, they forgot a sandwich. They weren’t at all busy today but apparently they “didn’t have enough fillets” to get orders out in under 30 minutes. I had to ask for the biscuits today, only to get home to find they also didn’t give us an order of fries that I definitely paid for. Whoever the manager is for this location is failing, I would be surprised to see it stay in business. (Also just found two little holes in one of my unopened sauce packets, leaked ranch all over inside of the bag.)
