I ordered some spicy chicken strips and when I received the food, the chicken was very cold. I asked for fresh chicken and when I revived the fresh chicken, it was rubbery. It had no spicy to it at all. The fries were decent though. Also, I walked up there to ask for fresh chicken, and when the manager saw me come up there she took her phone out and called someone. I was waiting for 5 minutes just to be seen about my cold chicken. They also had chicken stacked under the warmer and I have a feeling that they cooked all of that chicken this morning and has not cook fresh chicken for hours. I do not recommend the new Popeyes in Bridge City. The biscuits were dry and chicken was rubbery and cold. They also don’t have any coke or dr. pepper and when I got something else, it was very flat. I hope that they pick up their slack and get that place better. It definitely made me not want to go there again.

Usually not bad, inside is always dirty though so I do recommend to get food to go. I know they also close at 11 but if you get there at 945, I assume you only get heat lamp food. They told me anything they had to fry was already turned off. So they should close earlier to have to crew shut down the fryers to clean and leave by 10 or 11, or hire people for a later shift. I know the manager told me before know casual conversation he has only worked at popeyes since this one had been opened so it must be a learning curve.

2nd time I’ve been here since they opened. Both times had bad experience. Horrible customer service. These employees treat great you in such a rude way. It’s ridiculous. Someone should tech them some maners. I was so happy to see Popeyes finally opened. But if they keep it up they will loose a lot of clients!

Pretty bad experience. The food was dry and rock solid. I also had to wait (wasn’t busy) even though I placed a pickup order in advance. The Orange location is much better.
