First time coming to this Popeyes. Have had their chicken before (which is good but still prefer KFC) but wanted to try their fish sandwich. That was a Florida Popeyes so will have to try this locations chicken, may be better.

So disappointing. The classic sandwich is supposed to come with mayo on it. There was hardly and on it and when I asked for a packet or 2 the manager said she couldn’t because they were too busy!!!! Seriously???? You had 3 girls all standing around a register not doing anything!!! The Popeyes in Nashua is way better and I will never go to this one again!!!

Just spent most of my lunch break standing in line waiting for a chicken sandwich only to realize they had given me the wrong sandwich when I made it back to work. Pretty impressed actually because the sandwiches are labeled saying what’s on them. Hardly fast food make sure you have plenty of time if coming here for lunch.

What happened to you Popeyes went and got the blackend chicken Sandwich at 12 o’clock and it tasted like it was from yesterday. I think you keep the chicken overnight when you don’t use it, and then serve it for The next day, it was awful. No wonder why you don’t have the big lines anymore That you used to food has gone way down.

I must say that the customer service at this location is excellent. Joseliana is the best customer service person in the drive-through window you could ever ask for. If she’s in the window, you know you’re gonna always be greeted with a smile. Your pool is gonna be fresh or you’re going to be happy and satisfied.

Whoever the 2 employees (girl and guy) that were working on Friday, June 2 at 9:30 pm deserve a raise. It was just the two of them and they had a full line so close to closing. Both were so sweet and working their hardest to keep up as more pulled in. Usually when I go that late there are about 4-5 people working but it was just those 2 doing it all. Give ‘em a raise or get them some more help Popeyes!!

You can tell the staff are friendly but bcse they probably overworked, they seemed grumpy and completely out of it. We got the meal combo and the only good thing was the fries as always. The chicken taste rubbery/chewy and stale. I believe we were given chicken from a night or two ago. The 7 cars ahead of us barely moves for a good 15min. Definitely not a fast service.

They open at 10:30 A.M. they informed us they only have 3 people working. They will not have any food ready until noon. We were looking forward to finally trying this place. It is not the 3 people who are working fault. Atleast they are showing up and trying. Under staff just like so many other places… I hope next time we come to Concord – it is better staffed.
