The cashier in the front so rude and the cashier made fun of me for changing my order. Whatever I asked her about something she just says “no” and she talked disrespectfully about me with her coworker, it felt like she was racist and the experience shopping there was very bad. I hope her manager can do something about this.

Does not take coupons and menu is very limited. Meals do not come with sodas. Have to buy soda separately. Should also be a sign that states coupons are not accepted. Convenient location in the mall. Overall the quality of the food looks good.

If I could give them a negative start I would. I never write reviews but they were so terrible I’m taking the time to do so. The staff is rude and incompetent. They were all standing around doing nothing. While there was a huge crowd of people waiting on their orders. After waiting for almost 40 minutes for our order. My husband had to go ask about order because they skipped over us. No apologies about the wait and skipping over us. The manager( I assumed she was because she was wearing different color shirt) was more upset that he asked about our order and they messed the order up. I would never ever order from this Popeyes again.

I was here today for second time and I have the same problem in this location, is sad one Bussiness like this with good food is attend for people with no education and respect, one lady the first time I came here they give my order to the wrong person and the. They talk to my grandmother very bad, and today they let us wait in the line and at the end they said they don’t have chicken because they are close and they suppose to close at 9:00pm and was 8:40pm and they don’t want to attend me and she use very bad language in front of my kids and one specific girl was laughing and doing inappropriate moves in front of my family, that’s is really sad Popeyes chicken always is my first choice and today was maybe my last day in this location

I order 2 1/4 pond popcorn with much potato shrimp and 1 popcorn shrimp box thru the screen and I get e receipt with no order number and a note says ask the counter for assistance. I try to talk to the manager about my order and he keep saying that’s they don’t have the popcorn shrimp box at all in there menu. Then he refused to assist me and he send one of his employees to help me.
