Great location. Very busy. Location grossly under staffed. Watch the manager or who I thought was the manager use a high tone voice at his employees to try to get orders done faster, but there was just not enough of them for the lunch crowd.

The workers here run on one speed, relaxed and slow. The food is the same as any Popeyes. They had calming music, which was nice. The soda machine in the dining area was broken, so the cashier had to fill the sodas from behind the counter. That didn’t make him any faster.

If I give negative stars I would. I never been so upset at any fast food location. I miss the old staff. Food fresh. Staff friendly. This bs here make you feel like you going to crowns chicken. Had to sit in the store call corporate. Have corporate listen to other customers complain. Meanwhile be insulted in their language because I refuse to leave without my other be correct. Then I get this huge bird with a wing attach to it. Got fries that took 20 mins to cook just to be cold as soon as I open the box. They need to close change management and staff. It’s not crowns or kennedys friend chicken!!!! It’s actually a good franchise and should focus more on the hiring process
