I have quite literally never had worse customer service. I am a DoorDash driver, and have been waiting for 45 minutes for my food. They have two people working in the back and two on break in the lobby. Not to mention they all have attitudes. This store needs to just close already.

Drive through service is horyes young man that attends the drive through was very disrespectful When we made our choice on the menu instead of explaining that we couldn’t choose a certain way. He just argued with us stating that it’s not on the board instead of saying you can’t order it that way because it would cost more money for less items. Then he himself came out and brought us the food and almost shoved the food right through our window. Extremely disrespectful I feel as though this franchise needs to train the young guys a little bit they want to succeed in life.

The food here is good and good prices. Something funny happened here the last time I was there with my family. As we were deciding what to eat, there was a couple on the side and asked us if we already ordered and told us that we were going to wait like 30 minutes. The guy at the Register told us: not necessarily. Not even 10 minutes later we got our food on the table. The couple had ordered online and for some reason took longer to get it. My point is: DON’T COMPLAIN.

when i first arrived there i was greeted by a worker name zaki and i don’t think i’m spelling his name right he is tall african american with dreads he was very nice i actually see him often and he is alaways kind but after he took my order he was told to go and make a sandwich and didn’t come back but some girl with braces and she was black she didn’t have no hat on just a shirt but i’m not complaint about that she started making my order but then she grabbed her something to eat it look like shrimp and when to the back and eat then after 10 minutes she came to the front and made my order she didn’t wash her hands or anything crumbs on her face i am very um pleased about this situation cause i thought it was germs on my food

I purchased an 8 piece nugget meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. I have been hooked on Popeyes nugget every since my son let me try one. They are boneless chunks of delicious chicken that keeps you coming back for more. The mashed potatoes and gravy is also perfect with a slight spicy taste and meat in gravy that makes Popeyes mashed potatoes #1. Drive thru service was pleasant and quick.
