DON’T EAT HERE Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to! Got a spicy chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese the sandwich had no sauce and the Mac and cheese looks like it’s sat for weeks in the sun. Went back and asked them to fix it they said that’s how it’s supposed to be. I eat Popeyes all the time as a student I live on this stuff, he tried to refuse to remake it to fix their mistakes. It took another customer getting upset with them for me for them to actually do anything about it. If you want food with good service go to burger king next door they are actually competent

Chicken sandwich bread is always stale, fries cold and I ordered chilled lemonade and got the cheap lemonade. So make sure they give you the actual lemonade you asked for. 18 dollar order and I ask for a sauce they end up adding to my order and charging me for. I’m done with this Popeyes.

Was told that they were out of variety of pieces. She told me that there were only thighs when u asked for kegs and thighs. Understanding, I said fine. When I opened the box. There were two tiny thighs, one decent thigh, the smallest, dryers breast ever and the tiniest wing ever ( I don’t eat wings or breast-let alone mutated ones). I tried calling to inform (not expecting anything but to inform), automated voice said “no one could answer, call at another time”

I just bought the $6 box. I got all the way home and One of my pieces were old like it’s been sitting there and the other one was not done. I’ve tried to call but no one is answering the phone. Keeps going to voice mail saying they can’t answer the phone. Smh I’m done with Popeyes one Dyckman.

Ordered via Grub Hub, pre-tipped the driver 25%. Received notification that the food had been delivered, yet we hadn’t received anything. Contacted the restaurant directly, they DID NOT CARE. They offered to replace the food… if, and only IF, we walked down (an almost 20 minute walk) with our receipt to have the food replaced. Grub Hub had to give us a refund as the restaurant did not want to take responsibility.

I just finished eating the shrimp box combo meal. This meal comes with fries and a drink. The shrimps and fries were cooked to perfection. Very special thank you to the Popeye staff for the dedicated hard work. By the way, the dining room is finally back open for business. Everyone is welcome to dine in at the facilities. There are no vaccine nor mandated mask requirements.

Honestly if I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered around $40 worth of food, and they gave me absolutely nothing that I ordered. On top of that, everything was cold, and the chicken looked like it had been under a light all day. I called to let them know of the error and see what could be done, and the person working there was so rude that now I’m considering corporate. My family and friends were frequent customers here, and now I’ll be advising everyone to take their business elsewhere. There are much better Popeyes with decent service.

I love the chicken sandwich more than the regular fried -bone in- chicken. You’ll have to wait a short time cuz it’s made to order unlike the chicken pieces under the heat lamps. Note that since there is currently no dining inside, the bun may get a bit soggy from the freshly made sandwich heat depending on how far your home is. Still delish. The problem here is while some of the staff are great and super pleasant, others seem to be uncaring and/or at a complete loss of what they are doing.
