Drive thru was a really bad experience. We were told at the window that our food would take 3-5 mins and they asked us to pull up. After over 10 mins of waiting I went inside with my receipt. The kid working laughed out loud and just looked at me and said he “totally forgot” about us. It’s not a huge deal but he just laughed and kept looking at me, not getting my food. Finally he grabbed our food and threw in an apple pie for our troubles. First and last time I’m going there.

Terrible. The employees were not professional at all. This was my second time going to this location. Figured I’d give them a second chance. Never again. There was barely any mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese in the containers. The so called chicken tenders were the size of the nuggets. As a person who has worked in customer service for years. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. At least this time they remembered to ask me if I wanted sauce for the second time before leaving the window after receiving our food. Never again halfmoon popeyes. The Albany location is 10/10 better.

SUCKED!! Ordered 8piece family meal, 3piece tender meal and 5 piece tender meal…was in the store for 40 yes, FORTY minutes! After all of that the order wasn’t even right just as the ten orders I saw served before mine were not right. Workers just standing around seeming to not have a clue what was going on. Will never be back to this location. Avoid at ALL costs…..also just updating this review to ask why you responded to numerous positive reviews since I’ve posted, but have not responded to mine? Food is ok. Employees visibly aren’t concerned with customers….at all. Just a mess. Plus they have the worst parking lot anywhere. There’s no easy way in or out of that place. It’s also staggeringly expensive. A sandwich combo costs between $10-$14. Your money could be better spent elsewhere

This has to be without a doubt the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Used the bathroom before going to order and there is no way I would trust this place to cook your food. The bathroom was even more disgusting the any Walmart bathroom I have ever been in. The entire place was so dirty, would never visit this establishment again.
