This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! Do not EVER come here. I came here on Aug 12th. My best friend and I both did mobile orders. I went to pick them up. My food was ready hers wasn’t so they told me to pull to the side. I ended up finding a hair in my drink and went inside to get a new one. Walking inside I notice the place is disgusting. The walls aren’t wiped down and when you look behind the counter it doesn’t look like they clean anything. I ended up getting a new drink and went back to my car. I notice I’m waiting for way longer than they said (7 minutes). I also notice other people who ordered after me got their food before me. I go inside AGAIN. When I tell them I’ve been waiting too long what’s going on, they tell me it’s coming out which is what they said before. They also had attitudes. As I’m waiting inside, people are still getting their food before me. When I finally get my friends food, they tried to skimp me on the sauces when she paid extra for them. Worst experience I ever had at Popeyes.

My popcorn shrimp which was almost 7 dollars was rubbery, old, and cold. The cajun fries I got were cold and old. They also forgot the cocktail sauce I was supposed to get. The only good thing in the meal was the biscuits. They made me and my boyfriend wait for old food

I have been here a few times and got played. Sometimes the Mac and cheese is stale and barely filling the cup, Sometimes the chicken tender or shrimp pieces are tiny and few. Sometimes you get this really nice lady at the drive thru. Sometimes you get something else which happens to be the ones who “forget” to give you sauce or at least a napkin, so I’m not dripping my beverage inside my car because they had it messy when they handed it to me. That happens often, but we still come back because sometimes we get good experiences.

I ordered uber eats for 9:30 it took you 1 hour, not even 1 hour, more then 1 hour to make 7 sandwiches and 3 4pc Nuggets, it’s a fast food place like how long can it take, and then when I call then to check, I get hung up on and my number is blocked. I’ve been to Popeye’s at least 8 times in the past few years and found that the experience is spotty. Sometimes I go through the drive thru and they have everything I order in stock and it is brought to the window fresh. In those cases they easily have one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve eaten. Most times that I have gone there lately it has been the opposite experience. They usually don’t have much in stock that is advertised and what they do have is brought to the window luke warm. Hopefully something will change to make my experience a more consistent 5 star.

The workers rather play around then help the customers. No leadership delegating anything. Waited 37 mins to order my food with only 2 people infront of me. Then waited another 24 mins for my order to be given to me. And I had to go back cuz they forgot 2 of my chicken sandwiches. Went last night and ordered via the mobile app. It took a bit long but that happens sometimes. The lady whom worked at drive thru was very polite, professional and apologized for the wait. Ordered fish sandwich and an apple pie. Was well worth the wait because it was just made.

I went here for a door dash order and they was moving very slow. They was talking in the back instead of make the food. A girl walked in made her a drink and was sipping her drink while looking at the food. The male cook in the back pulled out a vape and smoked it. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. They definitely need a random food inspection cause I’m sure they will fail.
