The customer service was terrible. Went through the drive-thru, and the girl was very rude and was getting smart for no reason when I asked her about a combo. I was getting food for myself and my children. Got terrible customer service just to get home to find out the food was terrible as well. All of the biscuits were burnt and hard. Even the shrimp. Needless to say, my children did not enjoy their meal, and neither did I. Next time, I’ll go to the Popeyes on Carson instead.

Excellent fast service no mistakes. I thought there was too much breading on the chicken and over fried. It was a bit too hard n crunchy to chew. One of the thighs barely had any meat on it. Coleslaw was good. Mashed potatoes and gravey was good. Biscuits were perfect! We got the 10 PC meal for $23.53 with tax. I’d go with coupons, never pay full price.

We stopped here after Kennywood. Everything was perfect. We got our order within a minute of pulling up to the window. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend the chicken sandwich. Everyone was very nice, too.

Owww what an experience!!!!!!! Literally the best tender I had in my life. The color the texture and test out of the world….. This place is the best popeyes I have ever visit. The crews really awesome. Friendly crews with smiling face . Very careful when taking order , repeated my entire order and suggested some other item I don’t remember. Keep it up guys. See you soon. Food is usually good but far too often you pull up hours before close for the drive thru attendant to tell you they aren’t taking orders. With McDonald’s next door dropping the ball constantly you’d think they’d be reaping in the customers.

Worst customer service nobody spoke clear English and the cashier got mad when we couldn’t understand him another employee had to come over and point to the sign so we knew what he was talking about and because we couldn’t understand him he got mad I ordered 3 straps and the 1 he put in the box was about as big as my pinky finger and hard as a rock. My friend ordered 3 pieces of chicken wings and they said it would be 15 minutes cause there wasn’t any made. We will never go back there

When this location first opened it was great. I went a couple of days ago(I did not eat all day) to purchase a chicken sandwich. The bread was hard, the chicken was so small that the bun engulfed it and the chicken honestly kept me in the bathroom. Today 12/3 I decided to get a for piece with a thigh and three wings. The thigh was so small it looked like a chicken strip. The shrimp was terrible. My stomach is doing the just like it did a few days ago. Both times I did not eat prior to my orders. I don’t know why. But the quality has gone down at this Popeyes

Food is good. People that manage this business are foreign and very hard to understand. Make sure to check your food before leaving the drive thru, they are known to forget to give you something. I had to go back and get my drink.

The last couple of times I’ve visited this Popeyes, my order was wrong or I had items missing. I went back one time because I wanted rice with no beans, I was given beans and rice. The manager had an attitude and replaced it with a bowl of beans. I had to go back and at this point I didn’t trust eating the rice. I haven’t been back don’t know if I will.
