Food tastes good. Visited at lunchtime when it was busy. They kept the line moving fast. But when my son asked the lady cashier for some ketchup and honey, she rudely grabbed a handful and threw it on the tray in front of her. Not a word. She acted like it was a big deal to ask for condiments that we didn’t get with our food to begin with. Other than that, it was clean and a good place to eat.

Food was hot and fresh. Service was really fast and this is really unusual as far as most Popeyes franchises go. I used to think they were really slow to make it feel like you were really in Louisiana, but this Popeyes was not slow at all. I almost thought it wasn’t Popeyes at all until I sat down I. The dining area was dirty and had a few flies which reminded me that yes, I was certainly in a Popeyes. Overall, it’s really good. Will return.

This was my third and last time. I gave them three tries, and the food is awful. The employees were friendly, but the food is horrible. The fries and chicken smelled and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The coleslaw was the worst I have ever had in my life. Popeyes was good back in the 80’s and 90’s, when I went to them in other states. I have never had a good food experience at the Robinson location. I am done with hoping to get a decent meal there.

For being a relatively new Popeyes this location was disgusting. We went into the bathrooms first. Both men’s and women’s doors were broken. The bathroom was not clean enough for me to even want to eat there. Soda machine out of order and sticky. I’d steer clear of this location.

Food was good but the experience was bad. The restaurant was uncomfortably hot inside and the older women who took my order was very rude. They forgot to give me a biscuit but I just left, I didn’t want to have to deal with the lady at the counter again. This would be a great location, if they had better leadership and customer service. I won’t be back to this location.

I went through the drive through and said I just needed one second to order. Then when I was ready I said what I wanted, and she said that’ll be $30.50 and I ordered one meal so I said what?? And she said something like “there’s a menu Infront of you that says what we have a available!” And I’m like, I know that??? So then I just left. Rude people.

I was very impressed by the kindness of the employees, I appreciated the clear communication of my order. Clean, complete, organized, well packaged bags! The parking lot and outside of restaurant is very clean with very little litter in landscape surrounding lot.
