On 6/24/23 around 9 p.m. in the drive-thru, I ordered the #4 combo (2 pc. crispy) with mashed potatoes and an unsweetened iced tea. The chicken was excellent. Biscuit was dry and flat. Mashed potatoes were fine. The absolute worst part of the meal was the beverage. It tasted like cologne. There was no getting around the taste and odor. Whoever made it must be doused in it or they poured it into the tea. I dumped the entire drink.

Have visited multiple time. Never an issue with employees (always friendly) & food always tasty w/ good portions… until tonight. THIS is ridiculously sad. More battered crumbs than actual shrimp. Not even half the amount of previous visits. smh Totally disappointed. So check your order before leaving the parking lot or you may get home to open up a disappointing meal.

I have never had an issue eating at the restaurant but I ordered door dash and they sent me nasty chocolate beignets instead of the blueberry lemon cream pie I ordered. There menu doesn’t even order the beignets anymore. I hate chocolate and they are gross. Substitutes should not be allowed if you don’t have it just refund it. I don’t like getting something I hate and they have to refund it anyway because I complained on door dash.

Popeyes is officially open and serving that Louisiana Yard Bird we Southern Boys call it. The chicken was awesome. Along with that I had a buttermilk biscuit, rice & pinto beans with an ice cold coke. Then for dessert I had a apple turnover dusted with sugar and cinnamon. Now that was a good meal. The staff was amazing and service was fast. Overall I’m definitely going back. Everyone who loves chicken should give them a try:-)
