Nice staff but can’t say much about the food, regular biscuits taste like strawberry which is pretty gross, their “ghost pepper” wings are TINY!! definitely not worth $10 for 6 piece combo! Honestly not even very spicy,their jalapenos have more kick than the ghost pepper wings! Overall flavor was not very impressive either….staff was nice , very polite and compensated me for the issues but I personally won’t be a customer here again.

I am leaving all these stars for Jose Morales the GM of the Hanover store . I seen him interact with all his customers, and how they love him as a Gm of the Hanover store and how they love the oldies music and the comments they make about how Jose makes them feel welcomed and makes them feel like family and how a lot of customers leave happy knowing they have a GM like this that runs Popeyes in a really fantastic way. I also see and feel as Jose don’t get much appreciation from this company when I done seen him do his best and bend over backwards for this company in a very short time of being there. Jose fixes everything when and if there was ever a problem . He goes above and beyond for this company . Just wish from what I see Jose should be more appreciated. Yea this is my opinion and I could write a lot more but Popeyes only look at bad reviews and worry about them which is understandable but also should look at the good reviews like this one because you definitely have one heck of a man running your business for you that deserves more appreciation.

Popeye’s food is a very good value! I’m not a big fan of anything spicy, but, to each his own! Their blackened ranch is REALLY GOOD! I always use it with my tenders, nuggets, and shrimp. It makes quite a difference!

Highly disappointed!! I asked for spicy chicken I got mixed spicy and normal chicken. The manager had his airpods in his ears. atleast 3-4 pieces of the chicken were cold or hard. The popeyes in York are both way better and better customer service and better food. The chicken strips have slime on them. If the popeyes organization knew this was the quality. Im sure they would shut this down or bring in new management. So disappointed compared to other popeyes in urban areas.

We’ve never been to a Popeyes before. I was looking forward to something new. It was lunchtime so I understand the wait, but it took 35 minutes from the time we ordered on the app waiting 25 minutes inside for the food. The music in there is really loud and they didn’t add my wife’s beans and rice. The food we got was cooked well. No napkins was disappointing. Loved the cajun fries but the fried chicken from the grocery store tastes much better. I’ll have to find another option for lunch next time as this made us late to our next client appointment.

Incredible experience. I almost went to the Lord’s chicken spot down the road for my usual lunch pit stop but decided to try the Hanover Popeyes instead. It was 3:00 and it was an empty parking lot and drive thru. I was nervous what I’d get. The gentleman on the drive thru speaker was in an incredible mood which was refreshing and was delightful to talk to. I actually ended up buying more than I anticipated because he did a heck of a job with his customer service. When I got to the window the same gentleman greeted me with wonderful manners and respect. I wish every customer interaction I would have is like this afternoon. This gentleman is an asset to Popeyes and to be honest, I’d love to offer him a job. I hope the rest of the staff is held to this very standard. Will return.

This popeyes is IT. The nicest service and the best chicken dinner I have had in YEARS. The mac n cheese tastes like my grandma made it. It’s totally worth driving 30 mins for it, and I’d do it again, too! It beats KFC in Gettysburg by miles!
