Was visiting poconos and stopped here for lunch . This place is good with so many other shops next to it . Dunkin, stop & shop, and few other options around . Lots of parking outside . Location wise it is great .

Food always comes out hot and correctly prepared. Service was poor when they first opened but seems to have improved during recent visits. My only complaint is that the restaurant has a very sterile feel to it. All the walls are white and it is sparsely decorated. When this place was a Roy Rogers it was the complete opposite. Anyhow, it’s a fast food joint so atmosphere is not very important.

It is a different fast food. The chicken sandwich is mostly breading, no lettuce or tom. But it was fresh & hot & we were starving. We were in the one by Lowes, not many places to sit inside. My partner had the sane but spicy, he said it was good. I like the idea of a choice other than fries. So we recommend it.

Bad Booking
Definitely better than Popeyes in either Middletown or New Windsor. Chicken is prepared more consistently and generally the waits are minimal although once in a while the wait is a little longer. Not a bad idea for a quick meal for a budget option for a bigger crowd with mobile coupons.

This is the second time I’ve come to this Popeyes and they forget food and the chicken sandwich is no meat it just breading. This is so unexpectable. If you spend your money you should get what you paid for as advertised nothing less. What’s really crazy is I had to go through the drive thru and it was two managers that was making good and taking orders. They definitely need to be retrained. Middletown is better.

The chicken is OK if not as delicious as I remember it, the staff are friendly, but the atmosphere is bad. The small number of seats were mostly occupied by people waiting for takeout with a kind of “you want to sit down and eat your food here? Well too bad — I’m lounging at this table!” stare, as if you were waiting on their turf. It’s an ugly look.

I got to the drive through at 2:09 it’s now 2:43 and I just received my food. I ordered a 5 piece classic tenders. Their service is really slow. I had to give them one star because they didn’t deliver on the “Fast Food.” Stay away if your in a rush. Plus can’t blame the staff it’s def management but last visit for me

My second visit to this new store was much better than the first. The thighs on my first visit were quite anemic in size. This time the thighs were much more generously sized and completely filled me. I love thighs the most. The service was less than stellar as the cashier was new and did not understand the computer well about ordering modifications. They are new owners and will give them Time to work out the kinks.

I absolutely love Popeyes and was thrilled when this restaurant opened, but since then everytime I go in my experience is less and less pleasant. Most of the staff are very nice, but there is an employee that the last 3 times I was there is disruptive and loud, both times I could hear her from the kitchen complaining. The last time was this past Friday March 24. I was waiting for my mobile order, no one was out front for about 3 to 4 minutes. Then said employee came put of the back, always a scowl on her face, and asked if she could help. I wanted to add a drink to my order, which wasn’t ready yet. I guess this confused or annoyed her, she tried to use the register, then had some girl that just walked in from break take the register. The break girl didn’t know what was going on so she just moved on to the next customer. When I complained she just gave me a cup no charge. Then I waited another 4 or 5 min. A bag finally came into the window, along with I think a manager who asked my order number. I gave it to her, she yelled it into the back and apologized. Another 3 minutes go by and the disruptive girl and the manager are kinda arguing…then I come to find that my order is the one sitting in the window. By the time I get it to my car both fish sandwiches are soggy. Not happy at all with the staff
