Just had this for the first time recently. Everything was excellent except the mashed potatoes. They had bits of beans in it and the entire thing tasted like beans. Super gross, couldn’t even eat it. Not sure how that can happen. I had a big order, waited about 20 minutes which wasn’t a problem given how many people were in there ordering. Staff is friendly and patient.

I’m disappointed. This is my go to. Their usually a 5 star. The chicken I had didn’t have the crunch it usually has. Wasn’t cook enough. Very disappointed in this place. I even called the Mgr and expressed my feelings since I love fried chicken but trying to b Vegan. Lolllllllllll. Love this place I hope it doesn’t disappoint me again. Might have been setting out a bit too long as well.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for my lunch break, and I work across the street and I got to work, worked on a car and finally got around to eating lunch, and it was definitely not a spicy chicken sandwich… I tried calling, used the number on google, called 4 times, two different times the number changed, no one answered, went to my car to get the receipt and it was a completely different number than what was online, and called that number twice, and no one answered… I was gonna wait until someone answered no matter how long it rang and it was “disconnected” each time.. with the 6 times I called.

Busy location, at least when I was there it is. Quite some cars on the drive thru line and good number of people inside placing or waiting to place their orders. Employees were pretty nice. The line was somewhat a wait, but once I ordered, the manger was able to quickly grabbed my food for me. Quality of the food were just about the same as any other Popeyes. But I do highly recommend downloading the apps because they have better deals than straight up ordering from the store’s menu.

Popeyes food selection is good – u can’t go wrong. But the service here is piss poor! The crew member wouldnt make my order how I asked and then she goes and get a manger on her own which wasn’t called for and then he wouldnt even make the accommodation for my order! I simply asked for a Spicy crispy chicken sandwich meal with no toppings and no bun – and he flipped! “Oh no! I can not do that, you can take the sandwich as is and take the stuff off urself and throw it in the trash” – never, heard such stupidity. Any other Popeyes I’ve gone to and even McDonald’s give you the meal however, your dietary needs are. So ur telling me I can’t buy a just a boneless chicken breast? Bc that’s all I was asking for. U sell a chicken breast all day long with bones and w/or w/o buns! So why in the world is this ANY different???!?! ‍♂️ I mean, I wish reviews had comments section – please tell me, am I the crazy one for asking for a boneless chicken breast? But hey they didn’t want to accommodate so they earned themselves a 1 star review for horrible service and speaking to a customer in an unprofessional way. And as expensive Popeyes is these days ur gonna tell me my total for two meals is almost $30 and I can not have it MY WAY?!?! you guys need a meeting with Burger King. ‍♂️

I’m disappointed that this location often does not have the blackened chicken sandwich available. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s a popular sandwich so they sell out or if it’s not popular so they don’t make many each day.

Perfect, chicken was fresh and freshly cooked. Took our order quickly, unfortunately they were out of Cole slaw but that happens. This location is 10x better than the Popeyes by us (Scranton pa). Here got everything we ordered, no surprises. A++

Great Popeyes location – I actually live closer to the Lansdale one, but this Warminster location is GREAT! Wonderful service, hot sandwiches, and friendly team working there. LOVE that chicken from Popeyes!
