This Popeyes restaurant is the best that I have been to! Although there is one much closer to me, I’d rather make the trip to the Folcroft one. The food is delicious and made with care, the staff is friendly, and the management team believes in giving great customer service and moreso if you’re nice, respectful, and patient customer. A few times I have come there and they ran out of dark chicken pieces and it was just a half hour of closing but they made a batch for me. The hospitable manager, Syad, told me if I was willing to wait 20 minutes that they could give me what I wanted fresh, thanks Syad!!! The Popeyes near where I live, they can run out of food 2 hours before closing time and you’re just fresh out of luck! But Folcroft Popeyes is the Bomb in every aspect! And I love, love their spicy drum sticks and thighs! The workers and managerial staff works to make this place great! God bless them!!!

No matter how many times you go over your order with them, they always mess it up. Forget something they never give you the sources that you ask for. They will have young kids in there. Messing around and interrupting people while they’re eating. And we’ll do nothing or say nothing to them to make them leave the people alone.

If it wasn’t for the nice 4 young ladies who helped me replace my order I honestly would’ve snapped. This store is unorganized and slow!! it took about 20 mins to get my food while being pulled up in the drive thru and the manager Riaz was so rude & obnoxious. This store is slow but atleast the food was nice and fresh
