Once I finished my meal here, I knew I had to leave a review. I rarely leave a review for a fast food place, especially one that we encounter on a road trip. But this location truly deserved one. I was very surprised when I found out that it was rated so low. Other than the portions being bigger than usual and well presented/organized on the trays, the customer service was amazing (possibly better than Chick fil a)! The managers combined with the employees made this a memorable experience by giving us helpful suggestions and always smiling. One of the managers even gave us extra Cajun seasoning packets to put on our fries as we were asking for sauce. This was truly my best fast food experience to date.

First they messed up a meal on my order. As my friend went to take it back, I noticed my chicken was raw. Took that back and no one knew how to process a refund as the manager was not onsite. They called the manager and the manager was asking all these questions that were irrelevant. For all the questions they were asking, you would think they would try to make the situation better for the inconvenience. Nope. The workers there went back into the kitchen and started picking through all the pieces in the batch that mine came from and put it back to be served.

never have loved Popeyes! There always seems to be some kind of issue! Last time I went, they advertise a pack of four strawberry biscuits for $4.79! 1 biscuit is $1.79. So they tell me, they’re “not allowed” to sell me 4 for $4.79! I will have to pay $1.79 per biscuit, no matter how many I get, even though their menu/price board advertises the discount! I just left with none, I didn’t argue, I just said ok well bye then! False advertising!

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review about a fast food location, but this one is deserved and warranted. We were passing through and the manager and his wife were both working the front counter. They began by offering our kids Girl Scout cookies while we took our order. The wife took our order and was incredibly patient, kind, and offered suggestions to save us money. They gave us large portion sizes with great quality control for their food presentation, taste, and temp. Everyone offered smiles the entire time, the dining room was immaculate, and the manager/owner himself went outside to sweep the parking lot. This restaurant takes PRIDE in serving their community, and while I don’t live here, I hope their community returns the favor back to them because this restaurant experience was above and beyond.

Lobby is always closed, employees refuse to acknowledge customers. If you work with door dash or any deliver service, this causes a loss of profit with time wasted in long line.

Stopped by while on the way home to get a 4 piece combo all white meat and was told I couldn’t, I was willing to paycheck uncharge and was told that I could only get wing,breast, left and thigh. I never heard of this before, absolutely ridiculous
