I don’t typically write reviews but this place sincerely needs one. If you are considering going out and getting some of that “Famous Louisiana Fried Chicken” I would reconsider your options, or just stay home and cook. I’ve gone to this unfortunate location many of times over the years to see if it had got better. I was wrong. So very wrong. Aside from the disgusting eroding aesthetics of the place, the staff and the food are egregious. Cold, mushy chicken sandwiches, Emotionless attitudes, and Incorrect orders is what I experience as every time. I understand the struggle, I used to work fast food too. Its not easy but the some of the people working here simply don’t care. My latest I ordered a 10pc spicy tender box and was abruptly cut off when the drive thru cashier announced my order total and told me to come to the window. I wasn’t finished ordering but looking back on it now I thank him. I reinstated my order at the window just to be sure it was right and he said yes. I didn’t check the food because I trusted him. I later got home and the familiar feeling of disappointment and sadness accompanied me. I got thighs, wings, and drums. At the end of the day I guess it was my mistake for thinking it was ok to come here. But don’t say I didn’t warn you 🙂

Food is fantastic, but the employees and manager are terrible. Ordered online many times and they almost always forget part of my order. Then we have to drive out to get our food even though we ORDERED ONLINE so that we wouldn’t have to go out. Pathetic management

Hit and miss like most Popeyes around. I’d rather wait longer and get fresh chicken than 3 hour old dried up chicken they serve 50% of the time. Or I should just be smarter and not go during slow hours.. lol

I ordered the 3 piece strips they weren’t very warm neither were the fries this Particular popeyes seems to always have same issues when i go to the one in ashburn va its always hot I try to stay away from the leesburg one

Can barely get to the credit card machine due to these chairs in the way. A customer waited for her food for over 10 mins. Small order too. Gave her only 1 of 2 straws. The customer after I ordered got their food before I did. The manager or owner is rude. Slow to get your food and does not listed to you. He gave me pickles when I said no pickles. He gave me my cup when I ordered sweet iced tea which they pour themselves. All around this location does not tend to their customers well at all!!!

Although we love Popeye’s food, the service at this location is just horrid! No fish sandwiches so I went to the other Popeyes in Leesburg near Walmart and they had them and much better service than on Market St. Never going back here!

I would LOVE to give 5 starts but the Mac n cheese twice now taste like it’s made with sink water. Terrible after taste. It stucks because by the looks it looks sooooooooo GOOD but please make it without sink water or wateva you are using needs reconsidered
