I just left this popeyes location they served me nasty food. My fries are cold! My chicken sandwich is extra gooey due to the mayo they put on. Let’s not talk about how long I had to wait for the food ! I just called here twice and I wanted to speak to a manager but no one answered my call. Very disappointed with this meal. Oh and I forgot my ice tea is not sweet at all I had to add sugar to it once I got home ! Terrible!

Everything was excellent, from the customer service from the young man at the cash register to the cooks in the back. The customer service and professionalism of the whole restaurant was impeccable. Last but not least, The location is very clean. Other Popeyes locations should definitely take notes. I was very satisfied.

I only gave a 2 stars for a few reasons. First, I couldn’t order a 5 piece chicken tender, but I was able to order a 3 piece or 20 piece (didn’t.) Secondly, I ordered a side of french fries with my dinner and paid for an extra side of coleslaw. No french fries, but apparently, I paid for a second side when I received one. I’d complain about my husband’s order, but he said that’s the Popeyes’ way. My husband used to work at Popeyes, and he said they’d do anything to cut corners. Such a sad business model. Needless to say, I’m very pissed. UPDATE: 8/20/2023: My husband wanted to give this Popeyes a second chance. I reluctantly gave in, hoping things would be better. Nope! I did not receive anything I ordered, and it wasn’t even close to closing. Just makes me wonder if there is any supervision at all. And if you’re wondering, my receipt did show up with the order, but hardly anything matched up. Send it back, you say. Make a phone call? Easier send than done. We are officially done with this Popeyes.

Around 12:15p I left this location maybe 15 min after returning for a second time to fix my order. I ordered the chicken sandwich w/ frozen lemonade deal. The guy at the counter told me they were waiting on the sandwich…they weren’t. My food was sitting waiting to be picked up. Guy didn’t even make an effort to say it was ready. I leave with the meal only to find the fries are cold, sandwich is warm, and the lemonade was straight-up liquid, not on ice, not somewhat slushy, just liquid. I went back in to get a correction. He told me the [frozen ice] machine is broken. **Well if that’s the case, why not say something?!? You charge me for a frozen drink then let me leave hoping I wouldn’t notice?! **

I order the 6 Tenders 2 Can Dine meal that should’ve come with 6 tenders, 2 biscuits and 2 regular sides (beans and rice and coleslaw). I used the app for this order and when I drove up to the actual window with they tell me that they only have fries for any of the sides. I was shocked as I didn’t want fries at all and had to settle for all fries. How do you run out of all sides? I’ve never heard of that happening. I couldn’t get my money back as they app had already taken it out.

Ok, usually slow, but tonight, bad slow. Then I get home and this is what I got. Cold fries and what is supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich has a chicken thigh in it, with BONE!!! Are you kidding me? They were out of strawberry lemonade when I got to the window so I said make it a sweet ice tea instead. Watched her fill cup 1/4 of the way then it stopped. She started making some. Huge buckets going to take some time. I just called to her and said give me a regular lemonade so the people behind me don’t have to wait any longer. After all that, I get home to find this. Popeyes is usually my favorite chicken sandwich but this was clearly a let’s just give him something and move him in thing. Very disappointed.

It says they close at 10pm but the employees were closing the inside dining at 7:30…. How does that make any sense? And they don’t even have a sign on the door stating that the indoor dining area will be closed at a certain time…

Horrible customer service. Very rude and slow service. Employees walking around like they could care less about waiting on you. The place was very dirty with food and trash all over the floor. One employee was chasing a cockroach. Will never go back. Certainly not what it used to be.
