When I first walked in it seemed the restaurant customers and staff were a little unorganized and there was a dog in the restaurant. I stood back and observed for a moment and things settled down quickly. I was most impressed with Chelsea’s customer service. She assisted me and was very helpful. She saw a gentleman standing to the side. She asked him if she could assist him since it seemed no one else was preparing his order. Very, very polite young lady. And yes, the Manager did seem a bit aggressive to the other cashier and customers as someone else stated In their review.

I presented my receipt with the code that was given to me online after completing thr survey. Habib told me that I couldn’t use the code and I had to do the survey over again. When asked him why he told me that the code didn’t work and wasn’t valid. I logged into the site in front of him and enter my receipt information and immediately the site diplayed a message that only one receipt per gousehold could be used . Habib went on to tell me that he doesn’t do tye offer but would donit this one time. Then he packed a hard biscuit and dried out chicken. I won’t be going back to that location. This experience was just ridiculous. Why have the offer if the store is not going to honor the offer?

The staff was competent but the food was slightly greasier than it should have been and the portions were smaller than other Popeyes.
