Would leave negative stars if I could. Came at night just to get something quick, girl on the mic was very ignorant, kept trying to cut the order short and all the other employees were loudly laughing and making fun of other customers loudly over the drive through mic. Slammed the window closed when we tried telling her she forgot the sauce as if we were bothering her.

So I went here today , June 7 at 9:50pm. I waited at the drive through with NO RESPONSE for 12 minutes. I’m a patient person. I stated “HELLO”. The guy on the receiving in stated “Hello”. that’s it. I then stated “are you ready to take my order.” He replied “let me get ready, go ahead.” I’m so confused but remained calm and polite. I ordered 24 ghost pepper wings and a 3 piece dinner. I pulled around to check my food and realized that I was missing a side order, so I had to pull around to the drive through again. Something told me to pull everything out of the bag after the 2nd time. So i pulled to the front and took everything out and realized that I had been missing another side order. I pulled around to the drive through again for the third time and the guy didn’t say anything. Like sir, why wasn’t all my food in the bag. I spent my hard earned money on this food, so yes I wanted everything. THIS WAS A FAIL. I got home and the ghost pepper wings were all hard. My teeth hurt trying to bite into them. I come here all the time usually in the afternoon. This experience LITERALLY left a bad taste in my mouth. We had to throw the wings in the trash.

Love my Popeyes chicken, red beans, and rice. But the young man at the register wasn’t customer service savvy, spoke so low I couldn’t hear him. Never smile, so when I left, I just walked out. Probably won’t visit this location much. Thank God for driving through.

Popeyes has definitely changed. The chicken pieces are small and the taste is bland. The biscuits use to be the best in the area, not any more. I had chicken from another location and I thought it was really good. All locations are not the same. I’ll just go back to not eating Popeyes.

The only reason it’s not a 1 star rating on the service is because of the young lady that helped my friend and I. The tall bald headed African American gentleman was extremely rude. My friend asked him can someone clean some of the tables (they were noticeably dirty when we walked in), he told him don’t tell him what to do. I like Popeyes but I don’t think I’ll be back to this one.

I waited an hour for them to give me this little bit of popcorn shrimp. Then said it was going to be another 30 minute wait to get more FRESH shrimp. The manager was rude and unprofessional. All the employees sit around and do nothing. I will NOT be returning to this location and if I could give 0 stars, I would. They’re forever running out of stuff. This is not the first time I had a bad experience at this particular Popeyes. There are 2 others Popeyes within a 5 mile radius, I suggest you choose wisely and avoid going to this location.

Ordered my food online only to pull up and the inside is closed to public with a sign on the door saying drive through only at 8:15pm. Line is wrapped around to tropical smoothie and I have no choice to wait because I paid online. The worst.
