We put in an order 15 minutes before arriving. It wasn’t ready when we arrived, so my husband went in and waited almost 40 minutes for our food! Nearly an hour to put food in a bag… if it were a restaurant with table service, an hour wait would be unacceptable. There is no possible excuse for a fast food restaurant to take so long! We are never going back to this Popeyes again. Avoid at all costs!

This is my third or fourth complaint on this one person she should not be working the drive-through is she of the owner or something? Why is this person who is horrible working the drive-through at this point I don’t think I will ever come back because you must welcome terrible treatment to keep a known issue customer facing.
