Boss Lady
The service is awful. The managers are rude. Especially the male manager. I watched him make people with mobile orders or with delivery services wait in a line for over 20 minutes and he would rudely snap at them for inquiring about their orders! Why order online/ahead of you still have to wait another 30 minutes in line?! He yelled at customers who were waiting on their orders, that “it was only him and 2 other people working so they have to wait!” Not their fault that the crew didn’t show up! I silently waited for my wings and lemonade and made my decision never to come to this location again.

Service is slow but courteous. Clean dining area . Soda station is sticky for the most part. They do have bathrooms, but I’m not sure of cleanliness. On the plus side of things, food is hot and tastes good, and the presentation is fine.

2 times I ordered a certain item via the app on my phone. Both times when I arrived at the restaurant they had not put together my order because they were out of the special seasoning used in one of the items I ordered. I explained my disappointment to the manager and she suggested I call the store each time before I order. I have started doing this and it has saved me wasted trips (when and if they answer the phone) but I still find it kind of lame that I have to call a fast food restaurant in advance to make sure they have a regular menu item available before I place my order in the app.

Visited Popeyes for (the first time ever) lunch on Friday and found the staff very friendly and willing to explain the choices. The chicken sandwich was excellent, much better than those at other fast food joints. Should mention that is is a relatively new location.

The food is good. However, if you’re a person that doesn’t eat pork, then don’t get the gravy at Popeyes. The gravy contains pork. From what they told me, they put pieces of ham in the gravy. It might have been in it too, but I’m not sure. When I was looking up how to make Popeyes gravy, it talked about using beef in their gravy too. The red beans and rice and mashed potatoes come with gravy. You’ll have to ask them to not add the gravy to the side orders. But other than that, the food is good, I go there all the time!!!
