I have not visited this location in years. I decided to visit and was very pleased about the customer service experience I encountered. The young generation is very challenging to society, and I took the time to inform the manager on duty about my experience. Thank you for the courtesy and respect that was given during my entire transaction. My order was placed at the drive thru, and my food was still hot when I got home. Management keep doing what your doing, The young generation need to know how to respect and how to deal with the public in a professional manner and I have encountered that from this location.

After waiting in line behind two customers who kept changing their order, I was greeted by Shem. He took my order of a large beans and rice, small coleslaw and 6 biscuits. I asked Shem to make sure the biscuits were the most brown they had. But when he started get the biscuits he just got what was there. When I said I don’t want those he threw them back on the try. A Manger over hearing said if I waited for 8 minutes she could get me what I wanted. After waiting almost 30 minutes Shem came out biscuits that looked almost like the ones before. At that point I ask for my money back. Instead of giving me my money Shem started waiting on other customers. I had to get the attention of Carolyn, another manager to get her to give me my money back. However, she seem annoyed by my asking saying she didn’t hear me when I asked Shem for my money back. This was the worst service that I have ever received from this store which I have been coming to for over a decade. I will never come back and I will encourage my family and friends to take their business elsewhere as well.

There was an older gentlemen cleaning the countertops and being overall an amazing manager. I wish I would’ve caught his name. I was more so annoyed with the customers in front of me,not the staff. They were a family of like 5 and they all had one major order, then decided to add on additional orders. As their humongous order had them stand off to the side after their 10 minutes of “mmm…ahh…hmm…I think I want…” we all started getting a bit agitated. But that man came to save the day and add some cheer and I remember what he said “Guys! We have guest! Let’s keep it clean at this counter and make our guest feel comfortable and welcome!” He’s the goat for that because…he knew we had been waiting. And then he had the family stand to the side as the rest of ordered food that was already ready. We were in and out and they were still standing there. So I’m glad he made that executive decision to show the younger people how to conduct business. Thank you for your service sir!

I have been here 5 times with the same order every time. Blackened chicken sandwich, extra spicy sauce. That’s it, nothing else. They have not once gotten the order correct. The staff is polite but it’s quite frustrating. I hate being the person who checks my order before I leave

I went through drive thru they gave me someone else’s order but, didn’t realize until I got home. It was late so I came back the next day. Ms. Kayla the manager was so kind and professional she went above a beyond to make it right. On another occasion my cavings/order was all over the place. I told her what I wanted, Kayla helped me put my order together in a way that was economical. She’s the best !!!
