Chose this for a quick meal around 3:30p. Came in and ordered our food, and was served it within a minute after passing (I cannot emphasize just how quickly we were served food) and the food was fresh and steaming. Staff was friendly and prompt. No complaints at all with this visit.

I went to the Elkridge location and ordered a 2 piece with a breast and thigh. I paid for my meal at the drive thru, upon getting my order I didn’t get a breast and a thigh. When I questioned the cashier he said it would be $1.75 more for the breast. I gave him back my order and asked for a refund. The cashier told me to never come back there again. I asked why because he messed my order up and I want a refund. He gave me the finger and refused to give me his name. He said I’m not giving you my name, what are you the police? I’m still in shock that he barred me from ever coming back to that store because he messed my order up, I will be happy to give my money to a restaurant who values me as a customer. Bye the way, the manager was standing right there and didn’t do anything.

Went to the drive thru and the young man was so rude and disrespectful and he had the nerve to say if you don’t like it speak ro my supervisor. When I asked why my food was cold he said why you keep repeating that I said because it didn’t pay for cold food he said do you want it or not I said not and the manager was standing close by and she didn’t come to correct this young man instead she looked like she was in disbelief of his behavior but just came ro return my money. I will say that this place needs better training and the food should never be cold unless I order something cold.

went to Popeyes for lunch in elkridge MD today. food was excellent hot fresh, very nice customer service. vet clean we had lunch there, I’m giving them a 12 the associates are very nice polite, I was so happy to have fresh hot food and great customer service. I will be going back here again.

Found mold on my chicken as soon as I got home and immediately returned to the location. No one seemed phased when I showed them the mold. They took one look and just threw it out, asking if I wanted new chicken. They didn’t stop serving and were still taking orders.

The numerous negative reviews mean that there’s rarely a line at the drive thru (or inside the store), and the only inaccuracy I’ve ever suffered was not getting the dipping cups for my nuggets in the bag once (but made up for by getting extra cups several other times). I stick to just the nuggets and the red beans & rice (delicious!) based both on the other reviews and my own poor experience once with an under-cooked chicken sandwich here. Never had a reason to complain about the quality of service in the store, but if I’m honest I’ve never had a reason to rave about it, either.

I didn’t know that mild chicken meant no seasoning. This was my first time coming to this location. I ordered the manager’s special and was told that they were out of mild chicken, and that it would take 15 minutes to cook some. After sitting in my car waiting for 20 minutes, I decided to walk in, thinking that they had forgotten me. When get inside, I waited some more since there were customers also waiting for their orders. When my turn came, I was told that my order was not ready yet, and that more chicken was coming out. Confused, I asked, “Can I have one breast instead of one thigh since I had to wait so long?” I was told, “Sure”. Now 30 minutes since my initial order, I added a large frie so that I could get two sauces. When I got home, there was no breast, and the legs and thighs that were “marinated for 12 hours in Louisiana seasoning” tasted like nothing. I hope this was just an overwhelmed night for this location.
