Same thing just another day. The day shift manager has no idea what she’s doing or how to manage. Always out of mild tenders. Can’t think of the last time I went in day or night and didn’t have to wait 20+ minutes for my food. Kitchen staff is commonly standing around and talking which is probably why there always out of items. With everyone standing around youd think someone would clean. But no, you either slip or get stuck to the floors, the drink machine looks like it hasn’t been fully cleaned since the grand opening, seating is sticky and bathroom is disgusting. If you ask a question the emplyees get an attitude which they seem to get from the manager who acts the same way. Someone needs to take initiative or control of the staff to do better. There’s a reason the other fast food restaurants in the area are packed at lunch and Popeyes is getting less and less customers.

I have eaten here several times until I witnessed un-healthy activity. A person walked in ahead of me, knew someone behind the counter and was allowed to go behind the counter to make their own food. Keep in mind the person was in street clothes and did NOT wash their hands…

Placed mobile order today at 7:11pm, approached drive through line at 7:14pm. I didn’t get my order in the drive through line until 7:46pm. Not to mind I got my food and the fries were cold and soggy, my chicken and mashed potatoes were cold. My frozen strawberry lemonade was half melted. For fast food it should not take me more than 30 minutes in line. When half your employees were visibly sitting on kitchen floor or goofing around in the kitchen. And you were out of half the sauces. Worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food place.

They always get the order wrong in the drive thru. Been there 4 times and every time they forget a significant amount of the order. Can’t go into to address the issue either because the doors are always locked. Have to waste time going through the 45 minute drive thru to fix it. By then everything is cold. It’s a company wide issue… Every franchise has the same problem with help that doesn’t care and apparently a confusing system that makes it easy to screw up orders. It’s too bad. Their chicken is good… They need to figure out why chick fila never messes up an order and they always do. Why?

I attempted to call this location this evening about my order from today. The phone rang and no one answered. Went through the drive thru , ordered a three piece and specified wings and legs only. Upon getting to the window I asked for grape jelly where the employee snapped at me “Its in the bag.” I should’ve known then it was not going to be a good experience. Once I got my food home the three greasy pieces were one leg and 2 breast/thigh(?), one grape jelly. Totally disappointment for spending over $10

I normally get good service, but I felt rushed to place my order by Ivy today. I asked for an additional item, but she was too busy asking “ is that it”. I got frustrated, and didn’t even bother to say anything. And she didn’t even, get the extra item I wanted. Please be more patient, I get you guys stay busy. But still….

Staff does not speak English. The three peice meal had two chicken wings and an overcooked chicken breast. I couldn’t get a strawberry lemonade. I didn’t enjoy the experience nor the meal. I’ll get my chicken dinners from Roy Rogers.
