Updated review I can only speak for my experience. For my 2nd time going inside 2days back to back. This time I think it was the manager that helped us. He ain’t no b’s . takes your order properly great customer service fresh hot food each time portioned correctly. Sorry other stores I respect a manager that does things correct. Thumbs up to his correct ways great food hot food fresh looking food. Thumbs up this will now be my son’s new Popeyes this place or this manager actually cares on his service and customers experience.

If you go after 830 be prepared to NEVER get a chicken sandwich. You’d think since they close at 1030 they’d make a few more to hold guests over at night for people who want dinner and a chicken sandwich. Best thing is their strawberry Fanta which is always on point. Just hate that I get there and I order them I get the were out of chicken sandwiches we only have chicken, like ok your known for chicken and if your out that should be the first thing said is we’re out of such and such tonight.

Ordered spicy chicken online you get home the chicken is mild and old looking. You take it back and they say they didn’t have any spicy is why they gave me mild and they can’t refund because you ordered online. The caveat is they gave you mild without telling you. Now I have chicken I don’t like and can’t get money back. Had to go purchase other food for dinner. This place sucks!

Store closed at 10 reached at 9 fine the door closed, only the drive through is open order a chicken sandwich more bread than chicken not fresh, wanted chost pepper wings they don’t have any, they suggested to order classic wings, I order 12 wings, no salt , there was stale and they give me 10 flat ,2 drums . The only thing that was good was the mash potato.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place is terrible..I will also be calling corporate . Came through the drive through last night and ordered the 10 pc meal that comes with 2 large sides a 5 biscuits. To begin with the the kid taking orders at the drive thru window has no customer service skills at all.. definitely doesn’t like her job.. according to her horrible attitude. So as I order she tells me the order will be 1 biscuit short and asked if I would like a couple pieces of chicken in its place. I was fine with that..no problem. I ordered Mac and cheese and fries as my sides. So as we are pulling out of the drive thru they are turning off all the lights and I’m checking my food to make sure everything is correct. No Mac and cheese at all and only 2 biscuits and no extra chicken that the worker offered to replace the supposedly one biscuit that would be short. So we went back around to the window and that fast no one would answer us even though they was still inside. I can definitely see why this place has low stars and mostly bad reviews. A bunch of kids that really don’t wanna work. Smh. Won’t be returning to this location ever. They need to hire a whole new crew including management!!

So I ordered from Uber Eats last night (9:17PM) to be exact. My Uber driver called and said they were out of nuggets (we ordered a nuggets kid meal), so we asked for strips…. Nope no stripes either so I said fine I’m okay with wings. My wife ordered a 2 piece dinner dark with a LARGE mashed potatoes. Instead they gave 4 pieces of wings and a regular size mashed potato.

Super busy because slow service. Took 20 minutes to get some chicken. The chicken was cooked ok but not wort the wait. There were some interesting characters in the line and the overall experience was kind of sketchy. The chicken was good though. Love that chicken from popeyes!

The chicken at this Ft Smallwood location is really bad. It has no flavor whatsoever. I am just glad I tried it for the $1.99 price on Tuesday. I had their chicken from other locations and it good, but this location is not good at all. Corporate should check into it for real!
