The service was pretty slow in this location. As a matter of fact, it was a line out the due to the slow service. Sometimes, the service is fine, but, there has been on occassion, the service was not good. Mainly due to the workers having slight attitudes about whatever. (Didn’t have anything to do with me)

One cashier and super long line. The Popeyes app won’t work at this store from time to time. The 12 pc wings combo meal contains one side and a small drink in the app, while the same price don’t contain any of them in the store. The people there won’t listen even though you show them your app.

The food was good. An employee(the cook) was very pleasant & helpful packing orders. Helping the front end catch up. The outside needs some flare though. You don’t even know POPEYES is located there. No signs to bring the customers in.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. As we walked in there’s a young guy sitting in the doorway asking people for money as they walked in. Service is slow. It just seemed the moral was horrible here. And after all of that I got sick from the food! I will never be going back to this Popeyes!

Ordered through tuber eats. Apparently, butterfly shrimp were not available, so instead of contacting me or refunding me, they sent the Uber driver with fries and soda? Stealing at its finest. Laziness is not a good quality in the customer service world.

I never eat at this popeyes. If u want better service, go to the ones at Owings mill. Our people aka blacks are very unprofessional when it comes to handling business, so I go to where they have a mainly Mexicans or Hispanics. U will get your food right and the energy is welcoming..

Cashier/Supervisor was rude and disrespectful. I was placing my order, and when asked what drink I wanted, being a person who drinks solely juices that I blend and hardly eat much fast food for that matter, I never wanted any soda. As a result, when asked the flavor drink I wanted, I told her I never wanted any drink, and she hissed her teeth at me. I asked why she was hissing her teeth, and she proceeded to argue under her breath. One piece of chicken also had black flesh on the inside.

The service was subpar there was no pride and providing a quick and friendly service. I waited 18 minutes for my order while customers came in after me received their orders. This is not my first time dealing with this Popeyes but this is the last. It’s not worth the time or energy.
