Popeyes has fallen way off from the food I remember years back…especially the biscuits. My son however loves it. This location on Ritchie Hwy needs to improve the customer interaction. Each time I visited, which has only been 2 or 3 times, the customer service is ghetto and unprofessional. Example, If I request sauce don’t point to a sign or say we don’t have that as opposed to recommending flavors.

I can not stress enough this is one of the worst Popeyes I have ever visited. Placed an online order and when I drove up to the drive thru whoever was on drive thru was exceedingly rude asked if I was paying cash or credit and was not happy that I placed an online order. Why? No reason for the rudeness. Pulled around to the window and I was told there was an 8 minute wait for the chicken sandwiches and to pull around up front and they’d bring them out. Why when my order has been in for over 15 minutes and paid for online?! 15 or so minutes later they brought the order out and walked off quickly and the order was wrong. Had to go back thru the drive thru line and it took over 20 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me to be served. When I pulled up I found out why. Drive thru person said “Give me a minute” and 10 minutes went by before they came back. Told them the issue and they gave me 20 questions before asking me to pull around. Then asked to see my bag like I’d shoplifted from a store before handing me my missing items without one apology and shutting the window in my face. Terrible customer service! The worst part is after spending over 45 minutes just trying to get my order the food was horrendous! Old grease for the fries. Red beans and rice tasted off like it had been sitting there for days. Rice was dried out and beans were dark like they’d been burnt. This location should be closed for customer service training and cleaned up thoroughly. Was sure a rat would jump out while I was waiting in line. It is scary on all accounts.

We waited in drive-thru for 45+ mins just to get to the window and be asked “did you only get a frozen lemonade” and we say no then be told “we’re out of Dr. Pepper” then “we’re out of tenders” which was basically our whole meal. They were all standing there doing absolutely nothing. All of the cars behind us got out of the line because of how long the wait was. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

By far the worst customer service ever. Sat at drive through for 10 min before being told my order would be another 10 min. They didn’t even know what my order was. It’s terrible terrible. They open at 11am but somehow my Uber eats never gets accept till 11:45am, then my food never get here until 12:30pm. Another thing why do i NEVER have any straws or sauce like what’s going on ? You’d be lucky to get your ACTUAL order. Sad

The male white manager that worked on 6/13 at 12pm is very rude. When I pulled up to the speaker the asked if I was using card or cash and I didn’t know because it depended on my total. The manager told me to have a nice day and didn’t say anything else.

The food is good quality. You receive good portions and tasty flavors. But the downside is that you often have to wait because the food isn’t immediately ready. Also, they don’t always have the accurate dipping sauces. And the people are friendly and courteous depending on what time you go. Nice people at night. Semi-decent people during the day.

I went through the drive-throigh to place my order. I ordered an 8 piece chicken meal; half mild, half spicy, mashed potatoes and gravy and a large red beans and rice. I got home with my order to find that I was missing the red beans and rice. In addition, my chicken included only 2 pieces mild, the rest were spicy.
