I ordered from this location via DoorDash and my food arrived warm! I had to place into my microwave to warm it up more! I bit into my chicken and it was RAW! This is extremely UNSAFE to serve someone a RAW chicken sandwich! Thankfully DoorDash gave me a refund, however this location needs to ensure when they’re making food for customers they need to ensure it’s cooked to the proper temperature! I ordered the 3 piece combo and a large mac and cheese since this Popeyes is always “out of shrimp”. The mac and cheese was like soup, they were out of legs, the chicken they gave me was dry, and the soda was flat. The biscuit and red beans were good. I’m always asked to back up from the window until my food is ready. Why is that? It happens every time. Also I paid cash for my order but wasn’t given any coins back. If you don’t have change, you need to let me know, not assume it’s yours to keep!

The staff at this location is always friendly. They accept coupons, and I was allowed to use two for my Mom and I; rung up separately. The food is very satisfying and filling. It’s also really convenient that it is within walking distance when my Mom is in the mood for chicken.
