The owner is crazy cheap always keeping old food that’s nasty or giving spicy when you order regular to get rid of left overs never gives full anything chicken tenders are like 1% skin 99% breading charges for every little thing. been their several times because I love Popeyes but this owner is awful and a very bad look for this franchise. do your self a favor and eat at any other location!

The service was so horrible. The manager couldn’t take or handle my complaint in store. The chicken was cold inside and not fresh at all. French fries was not fresh and it look they used a bad oil for frying. The mashed potatoes had a weird taste. I found the order missing items after went home . Waste of money and time.

This Popeyes offers consistently good fresh hot food and very nice staff. I have stopped here many times on my way out of Ocean City. It is a relief to know they will be consistent with their food quality, unlike many places in Ocean City.

I love Popeyes. But this one is west oc is definitely lacking. 1st incident my spicy chicken sandwich that I got around 3pm was definitely old. The bun was stale in parts and the chicken was much drier than usual. 2nd incident I ordered online and got to the Popeyes when it said it should be ready they said pull forward and they accidentally made me an extra drink which is good but the food took an extra 18mins (I was checking the clock) which seemed odd and they forgot a Mac and cheese that was on the receipt and gave me the blackened chicken sandwich without cheese and bacon like I ordered. 3rd incident today I ordered on the mobile app and I double checked receipt that I ordered a bacon cheese spicy chicken sandwich no pickle, I got the no pickle spicy chicken but again no cheese or bacon even though I ordered and paid for it. I will say though there is lovely woman I encounter in the afternoon that works there she has glasses and is just so sweet and polite. I wish I knew her name.

There are other posts with the same issue but I had to chime in. I will never go to this location ever again. I get the 4 piece chicken, spicy, dark meat, every time I order from any Popeyes. This is the ONLY Popeyes that refuses to give me dark meat with a 4 piece. It’s one manager, and he’s genuinely too simple to realize that’s it’s cheaper to substitute a thigh for a breast. I just had to walk out because he refused to serve me a 4 piece with dark meat. He offered to sell me individual pieces but they’re not part of a combo so the resulting order was roughly $7 more. My kid’s are no longer allowed to visit that location and I will tell anyone that will listen to avoid this location. The minute they fire that manager, I’m back.

Visiting Ocean City from out of state. I purchased a two piece platter with one side and a biscuit and two apple pies on 04-15-23. The food was absolutely disgusting, nothing was editable. My entire platter was old, hard and dry. I wass unable to complete my meal. I will never return to this location again.
