I went to the drive thru to order strips. They said didn’t have any because the friers are turn off becuse they were closing in 10 mins. So I order chicken sandwiches, red beans n rice, and Mac n cheese. The chicken one of the chicken sandwiches was a strip they just put on a bun. The rice was so hard couldn’t even attempt to eat it. I’m posting this for my refund I’m gonna get when they open tomorrow.

Whoever that girl is working the window tonight worked the hell out of my nerves and the kitchen crew ain’t no better!!!! Ordered online well ahead of my arrival to pick up my order. The order had never been made. I had to pull up and wait for it paid more money then needed for the food I received. Missing fries, wrong sandwich which already was a substitute for the chicken sandwich that they didn’t have……

Ordered a 3 piece, spicy, white meat meal from drive thru. Received instead a two piece ( 1 breast & 1 wing) and the wing I did receive was very tiny. In addition the chicken was mild not spicy as ordered.

To many unprofessional people working. I waiting 15 minutes in drive Thur for apple pies and the girl came out asking us what we got Like they forgot so, brought the food out both wings cold they could left them in the warmer and no biscuit they didn’t even let me know they were no biscuits that’s what you pay for wings and biscuit5.99 so why pay for something that’s not their and they didnt even say they were outof biscuits until I went inside they going talk about come back tomorrow yeah I don’t stay in the area but why its a long wait and stuff if the main part of the food gonna be cold if online saids close at 10pm they always have dry food around this time I enter in driver your at 7:37pm every time I come here they out of something this or chicken nasty but some people will make it right but it’s like when a bunch of young people working they don’t care and they just look at you like crazy I work in fast food and I know everything ain’t going be perfect but you make things right this Popeyes needs a makeover with employees to many you people rude and act like I wasn’t suppose bring my food back attitude and talking to one another soft.

Slowest service ever. We pull up to the drive thru and they tell us to pull around by the fence and they’ll bring our food to us. At least 5 cars came and went. Been waiting for at least 20 minutes. The lady at the drive thru was also super rude and had an attitude.

Went to rest room to wash hands prior to ordering. Facilities were disgusting. Decided that maybe they were just behind and went to order. Two ladies standing there just glaring at me. I had to speak first and they rolled there eyes were definitely not interested in my business. I just decided to advise them I will go somewhere else and the commented something under their breath. Never here again. Whatever.
