Customer service here is the definition of “The Bare minimum “ especially Rosa, she’d rather do the absolute minimum than help a customer with their request. I’ve been coming daily and I don’t get surprised anymore, there’s always something that goes wrong. But amazing manager who goes above and beyond I appreciate him for his efforts the atmosphere is Clean , I think it’s just a disconnect in the mission statement.

Rude Spanish speaking people only acknowledge their own Trash! Cold and nasty chicken wings, they never leave enough toilet paper in the bathroom and sometimes no soap. Overall, once in awhile the chicken tastes decent, but not often enough!

Incompetent workers, genuinely since the cashier couldn’t understand english and what I was saying, asked her a question and took 10 minutes to get to an answer that wasn’t even correct. Gave me the wrong order and didn’t give me a receipt so I stood there waiting forever and didn’t realize my order was just sitting. Couldn’t even get it because the cashier never gave me my receipt. No surprise on my part when I finally got my order and the fries were at the bottom of the back all smushed soggy and nasty. This place is filth.

I had to wait a very long time for our chicken sandwiches. Their orange fanta was dispensing water. The most infuriating part was the amount of the fries they gave – or lack thereof. I ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos and I asked 2 times if the amount of fries was for both combos. They assured me it was 2 orders of fries that had simply been combined into 1 box. First of all, it doesn’t even make sense why they would combine the fries together (especially when I may not want to be sharing a communal order of fries with the other person). Secondly, after barely eating any of the fries the container was more than half empty so I know there was no way that was the correct amount of fries. I should have demanded that they divide up the single box of fries into the correct individual containers to prove what they gave me. Their stinginess has earned them a 1 star review! Avoid this Popeye’s!

I never met a rude person I signed up for Popeyes and the app said free drink or apple pie on us. The manager told me that’s if you order online No mention on the app about that. Her attitude was bad for customers and she was rude when someone was applying to work. It seemed like she didn’t want to work

The Popeyes from the 2835 Gallows rd. Is the WORST store from all other stores. Because I asked Lizeth for a favor on my order and she told me she cannot give me it; but other stores doesn’t have a problem with it. Lizeth told me Popeyes is a different company in every single store.

The place was very clean and not crowded at all at lunch time on a Monday. Service was fast and the staff was very friendly. Dine-in is actually available as of 07/19/21, though there are not many tables. The food was as good as it could get for Popeyes chicken, though the strawberry Fanta was too sour, which is the only thing that’s unpleasant.
