I’ve been to this Popeye’s restaurant quite a few times and have had mixed experiences. The food is generally good, but the customer service is consistently poor, the management seems uninterested in serving the customers better, and the serving staff do not prioritize their duties properly.

3rd visit under this management. Always the same order and a problem. Never napkins. Never ketchup, which I ask for with fries. Very poor service in that a chicken sandwich and meal would normally take 3 or 4 minutes. Here it takes 20 to 25 minutes each time. Place sucks. KFC nearby.

Omg…one of my worse all time experiences at a fast food restaurant. There was one person eating and one inline ahead of me. The guy inline ahead of me finished his food and I’m still standing there patiently waiting to see if they are seriously ignoring me and how long will they continue to do this. Not sure they are racist or just having a bad day or maybe I told them let me get some changes in the car so I can pay the meal with some paper bills. I walked out after the guy ahead of me finished his meal. So so so sad. No wonder Chick-fil-A have long line all day.

Used the phone app to order ahead. I arrived 20 minutes after ordering (5 minutes before the app said it would be ready). I told them I had a mobile order. They pointed at the ticket on the prep table and told me it would be a minute. 5 minutes later they asked me what I ordered. After explaining what I ordered, they look at the computer screen and said “oh we just got the order.” More like they just bothered to look at the computer. Now I’m waiting because they ran out of tenders while they were screwing around. I’m going to any location other than this one next time. Even though I drive right by it on the way home. I wish I could give negative stars.

Want to put a good word out to the manager, Jaime Sanchez, and his exceptional customer service. We went in late at night very much near closing time, and he was extremely accommodating. He made sure to take care of our order himself. Very pleased with our visit today.

I ordered $35 worth of chicken and when I ask for hot sauce, they give me 4 packets. So I politely ask for more, and they don’t look very pleased and give me 3 more. Never going back. Bought enough chicken to feed 6 people and they give me 7 packets of sauce and attitude.
