So I’ve ordered a 10 piece family meal online for pickup. I went to the store thinking I’ll beat standing in line. Upon arrival I was not greeted nor was my order ready, I stood in line for 20 mins before someone noticed me too even help. Got my food and some of my chicken seem as if it was just sitting in oil. I just want to pleased.

We were excited to try the new cajun chicken sandwich, but the sandwich came out very dry, and extremely small in size. The line was so long and the employees were working very hard, but they could not keep up. No atmosphere at all. Just lots of noise. I think they were just overwhelmed, but the sandwich was disappointing. In fairness, we will try it again to see if it is better.

There’s few times a restaurant truly deserves a perfect rating but this is one of the exceptions. The store was clean and tidy the bathrooms were spotless and smelled nice. The cashier who assisted me who i assume is the manager on duty had fantastic customer service. He was super friendly and eager to assist, his staff was attentive and nice as well. I’ve had bad experiences with the other Popeyes in the area and I will drive out of my way to patronize this location.

What a ripp off this place has become. Minimum wage goes up but the service goes down. Popeyes used to a great place but it is nothing now. I don’t know where they find the people that work there but they are not for the customer.

3 out of every 5 times I go thru the drive thru they get my order wrong. Today I ordered 3 piece tenders platter and they gave me a wing, leg, and thigh. Meal went in the trash. I don’t eat dark meat. I don’t like it. Waste of my money and don’t have time and gas money to go back for exchange.
