Went through the drive thru. Ordered a 3 piece tender with Mac n cheese and 2 sauces. Looked in the bag, and they didn’t put sauce, napkin, or utensils. I had to go in and they had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. It’s a poorly run location.

Drive thru- if asked nicely for sauce AND charged for them then don’t look at me and blink all wide eyed like you’re mute & annoyed. I was given the wrong sauce, gave them back and asked for replacements. I ordered 4 meals, 2 sauces aren’t cutting it AND you charged me extra for them so I’m confused on why you were SO annoyed to be doing your job. Thanks so much to nice girl at the front of the restaurant that gave me what I asked for when I pulled around and walked in to ask for sauces. It’s simple, it’s sauce. It’s not made of gold.

Just dealt with the RUDEST worker I have ever encountered!!! I called Popeyes because I placed an order on DoorDash and wanted to see if I could change my order from one leg and a thigh to just two legs instead because my 13 year old does not like any other kind. Well, usually they say sure it’s no issue. Tonight apparently they were out of legs which whatever, so I asked if I could atleast see if my 13 year old would like to exchange it out for tenders instead. Well, the woman interrupted me before I could even finish talking and I was as nice as I could be to her and just interrupts me to say “no bye” and then hangs up on me!!! Like are u KIDDING ME? So I tried to call back multiple times and now conveniently she won’t answer the phone. If you are that miserable of a human being and hate ur job that much, either find a new one or check ur attitude with how u treat paying customers! I will never order from this location again!!

We went by here tonight and the staff was amazing. They were super friendly and the food was great! The lead that was on duty tonight went above and beyond and made it a great experience. We tried the new blackened tenders and they were super delicious. Also, tried out the new blueberry pie and everyone enjoyed those too. Will definitely be stopping by here more.

Not sure what the deal is but this location seems to be off their game. I ordered a 5 piece tender platter with fries, Cole slaw and unsweetened tea. Never got my Cole slaw, the fries tasted like old fryer oil and the tenders were hard as all heck. Tried to call and speak to a manager but their phone is nothing more than a loud static and crackle. The biscuits were on point though!
