Employee depicted in the left pic was extremely rude. Employee on the right was not pleasant but not really ride, just matter of fact. Employee in left photo was really nasty. I asked her what the difference between a combo and a platter. She stated “It says right the menu, you can read right” I was shocked but kept my cool. I said ” thank you for pointing that out to me” ordered my food and left. I was the only white guy around. They appeared to be very cordial and professional with black patrons. I don’t deserve this. I treat everyone with repect regardless of race, gender, or orientation. For the record, I never participated in the slave trade, I don’t think I know anyone that has. I am only 58.

Guy at register was on his phone the entire time and they had nothing ready. Said nuggets would take 20 mins to cook. Definitely doesn’t take that long. Only had two items put of the whole menu ready.

Horrible service. They employees here are extremely rude and walk past you for 30 mins before ever taking an order. After the order is taken they stand around for another 30 mins before making the food. Multiple employees were talking about customers while right in front of them. They tell every customer that there will be a wait… over all I’d never come to this location again. They need to replace all of their staff at this location. I would have asked for a refund and forgot the food but they were in the back.

If I could give -5 stars I would! I’m a truck driver and came in around 6pm for a shrimp box, mind you I stop and get the same thing each time. They literally gave me a toddler hand full of shrimp and tried to tell me that was more than what they are supposed to give. What a waste of time I would not recommend at all

My food was good but however when My Mom, Mom’s Friend and I were ordering the customer service experience was not pleasing because while my Mom was making the order today the customer service girl with the glasses and flower tattoo inside her left forearm was real rude to my Mom and I and other customers as well but as my Mom was ordering the $5 shrimp box(3) with a drink and sides the girl said it was no fries and told her next time order a combo. How are customers supposed know that it was a combo meal if y’all don’t have it on the menu also when the order was complete she didn’t put any plastic ware in the bag, what are we supposed to eat with our hands??? My Mom’s Friend went back and told her she didn’t put the plastic ware in the bag and she said she did but didn’t. Work on talking to people in milder tone the next time you’re placing an order for someone!!!
