The pickles ruin the sandwich, even after they’re removed, the taste still lingers on there. Also, the chicken is typically dry. The fries were good though and the staff was nice.

So a family member is a huge Popeyes fan. We happened to be in the area and stopped in for lunch. The chicken was amazing – we ordered it mild and it was perfect for us (no spiciness) – we also ordered a side of mac & cheese which was soooo good! Definitely a great lunch.

This is my absolute favorite chicken place! It’s just so juicy crispy crunchy! The biscuits are delicious and I can eat them just the way they are. I love their chicken sandwich, it’s a great size and the bun is nice and toasted with crunchy pickles! They have great seasoned fries unlike anywhere else. I tried the mac n cheese today for the first time. I like it but it’s the cheese sauce that I’m not a fan of. The top of the mac was really good and cheesy. I’ll stick to what I love

Popeyes food, itself, is good… but with this location you have to HOPE it’s fresh. Most importantly though… is the HORRIBLE customer service EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!! I think you can only get hired on if you are miserable. These people ENJOY being @sswholes. I don’t even think they care about the check… they just come to work so they can be as hateful as they can to as many people as they can. CRAZY!

I experienced very slow service, despite making an online order 15 minutes before arrival. I pulled through a slow-moving drive through, only to be told curtly to park and wait. My order took another 8 minutes to come out (I had ordered just a chicken sandwich with no mayo…nothing complicated). The young man delivering the food to my car said nothing, even as I said thank you. Poor efficiency and customer service skills at this location. (BTW, the food was decent but not piping hot.) I doubt I will return soon.

Big mistake ordering from here. Did a mobile order at 2:40pm arrived at 2:47pm. Was told my food had a 6 minute wait. At 3:20pm and 10 cars later my food was finally ready. They don’t offer anything free for making me wait in 95 degree weather. I’ve made it home after another 20 minute drive home and the sandwich is wrong. No bacon and cheese like I paid for.

These Popeye’s restaurant aren’t usually the cleanest restaurants and this one on Gate City Blvd in Greensboro, NC is no exception. However, the food and service is usually really good. Again, this one is no exception to that rule either. Although I ate inside on this occasion, I usually drive through so inside doesn’t really matter.

The customer service at this location is always terrible. No working seems to enjoy their job and it shows with the food, appearance, and lack of customer service. I don’t know why I keep coming here expecting there would be improvement. First, I waited 15 min before I was able to place my order and the person taking my order didn’t seem to care with her tone of voice used towards me. Next, my food was hard and over cooked. It tasted like the cook refried the old food that was sitting under the lamp. I felt like I could’ve lost a tooth from biting the chicken. I immediately threw the food away. Will not return to this location. Needs new management.
