Whew child! Let me tell you about the stress relieving folks over at this Popeyes location! I was not having a great day, I was tired, frustrated, and just all around beat down. Trying to decide what to eat on a quick lunch break we (my husband and i) settled on Popeyes. Walked in the door and the greeting we received took me from a 3 to a 10! Mind you, this was about 4 in the afternoon so I know they were getting ready for shift change as most of them had been there all day. I have never felt so welcomed at a fast food restaurant! Keep up the great work over there y’all!

The worst tasting Popeyes around here! This is my 2nd attempt to try them & the 2nd time being disappointed. I will drive all the way to Guess Rd. before I buy from South Square area AGAIN! The food was horrible! No taste! My Mac n cheese was soupy & not like what is advertised! The red beans & rice had no flavor tasting like gravy water! If I could give zero stars I would! The staff was friendly & that’s the only reason for that.

This Popeyes is terrible. It takes forever to get your order. It’s like the employees are more concerned with chilling with their friends than doing their jobs. Shouldn’t take 30 min to get a straightforward order fulfilled. In the meantime I’m watching a bunch of employees just standing around doing nothing

Visited this particular location for lunch today and I’m glad I did! The staff was soooo friendly and the food was fresh and hot! Please keep up the good work; all the Popeyes I’ve been to previously the staff was rude and ghetto. Not here

Arguably the worst Popeyes on this planet. I’ve been there a few times and they are consistently terrible. Rude people, wrong items, running out of items… Chicken is dry and way more salty than other locations. They confirmed on Google Map that they open 24 hours but they in fact close at 11pm. Just so above and beyond in the wrong direction. To a level that I felt entertained rather than offended.

I waited in line for over a hour for tenders they look nasty and cold. This location needs an entire new staff. The owner need to shut down until they can fully staff the location. The owner is obviously money hungry. From the reviews they will never make the money back that went in from this single location. Until this place is staffed fully it will always be in the black being funded by another location both are bad business moves but until then I need my $60 back the $30 I spent with you an the $30 I had to spent else where because my family would not eat that. They wouldn’t even eat the food they handed out that window. Is almost disrespectful
